Sent 'new customer' discount codes that didn't work.
Had never heard of this company before, so added a few items to my cart while comparison shopping between a few online vendors. Created my account, and immediately received a welcome email with a 'new customer exclusive" coupon code for $10 off the first order of $100+. Shortly thereafter, I received another email from them offering $10 off if I came back and bought the items in my cart. So, went back to the site, began the checkout process, tried applying the coupons. Neither worked. Both returned the error message "The coupon code you entered couldn't be applied to any items in your order.". There was no disclaimer attached to either coupon regarding exclusions.
To the Fastammo people: this is no way to treat any customer, let alone new customers. Who knows, you might be the best online gun supplies retailer in existence, but you get one chance to make a first impression, and there is absolutely no reason I'd ever consider coming back to you for anything in the future.
