Horrible Horrible . You pay for shipping and don’t even get it in time probably weeks later and that’s if you even get it you’ll be lucky if you get your items Big scam the worse customer service ever no reply’s from no one Do not spend money at Fashionnova.

Tried to buy a birthday gift for a friend. Item never arrived after a month I emailed them to cancel the order and get a refund. A lot of back and forth just to get them to look and see that my item never arrived. Then they refused to refund only store credit. Fine. But they wont give store credit for the shipping! When I never even got the item! Terrible service and terrible business

Ordene otro vestido usando el crédito que me dieron por el primer vestido que devolví y fue peor el remedio que la enfermedad.
El vestido está demasiado pequeno, lo cual no se corresponde con el size chart que ellos tienen en la página, son tallas chinas. Además la calidad de la tela no es buena, se ve que es china.
Si lo devuelvo de nuevo tengo que pagar envio y no me parece que tenga que gastar mas en envio que en la propia compra.
No le recomiendo este website a nadie.

I wish I could rate this company lower. I placed an order in October 2018 it is now days away from being January 2019. I have not received one item from my order. Did they receive my money? Yes, every cent and I have nothing to show for it. Good luck calling customer service you will listen to music for about 30 minutes and then it will disconnect you. This is an awful company that will soon be part of a class action suit. You can’t just steal from people Fashion Nova!!!!! Be smart don’t place an order!

I’m so upset w fashion nova. The reason they were getting so popular in my opinion is because they shipped faster than any other online store. I placed an order on November 11 and today is December 6 I have yet to receive my order.

I email them everyday all to be replied with generic emails about not sending multiple emails or the Cardi B line. When I do speak to a live person they are not helpful, instead of trying to fix the problem they ask me do I want a refund. I don’t want a refund I want my stuff. I wish I can post a picture because I’m my recent email I was told there was a problem with my order and it would be delayed MORE THAN IT IS. I am disgusted with the horrible customer service and lack of care.

Always fast delivery. Clothing is pretty good quality as far as the sizes. it's very flattering for women who have curves or bigger bum or bigger bust. Even petite women can enjoy their clothing. Also I love that they always have new merchandize trendy but affordable

Jeg er ikke tilfreds. Det en uge siden jeg bestilte, den 28/8 og jeg kan hverken tracke min order eller få fat i dem på mail, har skrevet to mails og får sådan en automatisk mail igen? Om jeg skal tracke, hvilket jeg ikke kan. Jeg bliver bekymret for om det er en fub side.

My friend told me about Fashion Nova a month ago and I've already bought so many things from here. Everything is made well and beautiful. I seriously love this website. I also saw where Kylie J is also a shopper here and a lot of other celebrities... their jeans are amazing and my new favorite pair because they are so soft and feel so good. Love this store!!!
