This company needs to be ashamed. I would like guarantee it's going to arrive in next week or a total refund

Kept its shape after several washes

Noticed straight away there weren’t any loose threads around the collar, especially compared to the last jersey I picked up from a regular shop where I always need scissors before wearing. Stitching on this one sits tight, which is rare—stretch it all you want, no weird gaps. Actually wearing it right now.

Northern Soul Polo Shirt. …

I purchased an item from Fashionlili which was a Northern Soul Polo Shirt on the 13-5-26, this should have been delivered within the 2 day timescale, I used the Evri Tracking System and was tracking this item up to Wedneday 13-5-26 at 20:45 when the tracking system stopped, I emailed Evri on Thursday 14-5-26 regarding this matter and a Customer Service Representative was going to escalate the problem, this continued up to Sunday which I still couldn't track this item, I was advised by Evri Customer Service to email the Seller Fashionlili regarding this matter, I email Fashionlili on the 19-5-26 at 16:00 and received an email back saying that they would reply within 24hrs, it is now 22-5-26, i have received no email from Fashionlili to resolve this matter and have asked for a Full refund, anyone thinking of purchasing an item from this company, "DON'T ".

Laid it out, collar still crisp

After a couple wears, the collar holds its shape better than what I grabbed at the market last month – even after shoving it in a backpack. Edges don't curl up awkwardly and there’s no loose stitching along the yellow stripe, which usually goes first for me. Gets less wrinkled than I expected.

Think twice

Ordered my top long ago still not arrived sent email after email and have had no response at all quick enough to take the money but don’t seem interested with customer relations was told it’s coming from uk but now I’m not so sure shocking would definitely think twice before ordering from them 2 day delivery I was told

The worst shirt print I have ever seen…

The worst shirt print I have ever seen - its now a duster as its was not fit to wear - its a joke - oh and I don’t want a further solution as the shirt quality was 1 out of 10 and the print was shoddy and the print had run - you are not cabable of producing any clothing

Coming from China Korea or Taiwan but at least be honest on postage time
don’t hide postage times this was a present and postage times made it late so I had to cancel and buy another present instead !!! No idea on product as it was never received fought for a refund !!

Update - FashionLilli pleaded via email to remove this review offered a refund then reported the review to TrustPilot for review stating it contained harmful content .
Refund issued the least i'd expect given the low quality of the goods received as shown by the other reviews of FashionLilli on here BE WARNED - low quality items you think are cotton but shiny fake material coming from China .. As previously stated steer clear of their site and save your money for a quality item.
