I ordered a month ago.. contacted them no response . Dies anybody know how to get a refund back??? Please hel

Utterly disgusted by the crap that was sent to me. None of the items resembled what I'd ordered. Stay clear of this awful company!

I ordered a prodcut that was advertised !!!!!!!!!!!
Date i ordered 29-07-2021

Dress arrived after three weeks, is cotton and polyester - not linen! $30 for $1.50 worth of something that does not fit. Utter scam. Do not waste your money.

Do not order from this website! They do don’t tell you that there are NO returns. The product quality is horrible and a size medium is more like a xx-small!

Very pleased. Took 3 weeks but worth it. When I checked status, they emailed me right back with tracking info. They shipped it out in 24 hours. All delay was due to COVID. They even kept on top of it with the shipping co. and emailed me with status update. I am happy.

My Merchandise Was Not What I Ordered !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

I ordered 2 dresses, the same size. I waited a long time . Only after I challenged the charge did. They show up. One was tiny one was large, the material was a joke. They barely resembled the pic. A quality that made me cry. IF IT SOUNDS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE!!!!!! I used their own guide and ordered clothing up one size. None of the clothes fit. This clothing is so cheap you cannot even use it as dust rags. I sent an email to the company they do not answer my email then I went on the internet and I found this COMPANY HELP which is ₑᵢցₕₜ ƒₒᵤᵣ ƒᵢᵥₑ fᵢᵥₑ ₜຟₒ ₒₙₑ seven two four five I contacted this company they admitted their mistake is what I order, and they sent me the wrong colors and different material item finally they have provided me a refund and return label FOR THIS CHEAP THIN CHEAP MATERIAL DRESS DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE ... Ordered an item as a Christmas gift on the 3rd December. When the payment went through I realised that the company was probably based in China so was concerned that it might not arrive on time. I contacted them to ask for an estimated delivery date. After a few exchanges where they wouldn’t answer the question and asked me to ‘be patient’, I explained that if I didn’t have it pre Christmas it would not be required. I then asked if they could tell me the shipment method ( I knew if it was freight it wouldn’t arrive on time). Wouldn’t answer. ‘Be patient’. On the 7th I asked them to cancel and refund. They told me it had been shipped that day but I strongly suspect that this was not true as it did not (and never did) appear on the tracker. I bought a similar item elsewhere for less than half the price as I needed it pre Christmas. When the item eventually did arrive (over 8 weeks later) it was of much poorer quality than the replacement item that cost less. They were throughout obstructive and refused to answer any of my queries. I do not trust this company at all.

Items appear to be knitted looking at the photographs but when they arrived, poor quality printed designs on polyester.Cost more to return than items cost so a total scam.Facebook should be ashamed to be advertising this con.Do not buy from this company.

I ordered around 12/10/20. Received a partial order. Have requested multiple times where is the rest of my order. Sent request by emails and their online chat with no success. They claim they can't find my order although when you go to my profile the order is on there and my shirt still states ready to be shipped. It's been over a month now. ORDER#65092148 FASHION NOVA PLEASE GIVE ME MY ITEM I PAID FOR.

1/13/21 I RECEIVED AN EMAIL ASKING FOR A PICTURE OF THE PACKING LABEL ON A PACKAGE THST WAS DELIVERED OVER A MONTH AGO. IT CLEARLY SHOWS ON MY ACCOUNT ON THEIR WEBSITE THAT I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ITEM. SEEMS LIKE THEY'RE TRYING TO GET OUT OF GIVING ME MY ITEM.

I ordered 3 couch covers that totaled to about $100, they were light brown in the pictures but were orange upon arrival. Emailing them in an attempt to return them and get a refund has garnered no help from customer support. They've shown me their "money back guarantee" is as much a scam as their entire website is.

Ordered heated jacket, sent wrong size, and to get your refund, they give you a address in China to return , it cost more to ship to China, than product cost, TOTAL SCAM DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SITE!!!

Two items have arrived, but are so poor quality, look nothing like what was ordered and there not fit for the charity shop. The third item is still missing. I emailed customer service with my disappointment and was offered 15% discount to 'avoid' the hassle of return which I declined. I have also refused to pay the return postage. Think I have been a victim of a dishonest scam company.

I had to give them one score to allow me onto this site but I take it back and give them minus 100 star
This company advertised shoes as being made of leather, when they arrived they were made of very cheap plastic!
I wrote and complained ,they
Firstly offered 10% discount and said I could use this money to repair or change the problem ( how ridiculous is this ) I refused then they offered me 20% ,I refused ,since then they’ve written so many mails suggesting I keep the shoes and now at 35% discount rather than they said “the hassle of returning “
I refuse to pay the postage back and asked for a prepaid label so I could track the return, they refuse ,I have told them I am reporting them to various bodies as miss selling products
I paid £30 for these and I should not have to accept discounts or be refused a prepaid label
This company to say the least is highly dubious and advise anyone not to trust them with you’re money

DONT USE THEM. UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY RAN BY INCOMPETENT STAFF!!!!
Clothes might be nice but customer service is what I look for ultimately... SO ITS A NO FROM ME!!!
