AVOID AT ALL COST
AVOID AT ALL COST! I had the worst online shopping experience of ever with FASBEE. Such a shameful seller, I would give negative points if I could. They provide NO SIZE EXCHANGE or refund unless dispute while they show NO SIZE GUIDE to customers on web site. Customer are on the chopping block once submit an order. I’m with European size 36. Since they did not provide size guide on shoes, I had to find out size converse guide by myself. And I found women Euro size 36 equal to 22 Japanese size. The delivery was late and their courier was not contactable. Worse is the shoes were smaller made. I’ve email CS to request for exchange, the CS refused. Then I requested for refund, the CS didn’t reply in next couple of days. Since I found their policy online for refund have to be within 7 days, so I return the shoes to the sender address AT MY OWN COST. The CS replied like a week later to claim that cause I didn’t sent to the warehouse, they gonna charge me delivery fee between their own sender address and warehouse ?! Which is already ridiculous. Few days later, they claimed that cause I ‘paste’ the invoice break down on the shoe box and they considered that’s a damage, they would only refund 30% or they could ship back the shoes to me ( what’s in their mind ?!) . I am going to report them to the National Consumer Affairs Center of Japan now. Please note that they do not ship to Australia, I believe that’s cause Australia has excellent customer protection law which they trying to avoid. THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU SHOP WITH FASBEE. It’s a rip-off indeed.
