Old produce sent, hard to cancel, and overpriced is the first words that come to mind. I was signed up at a farmer market think I was supporting true local farmers, what a scam. The produce came old and expired within days. She told me the box was $27 but failed to mention that was for only a week. Customer service is nonexistent and quite rude. Go to Trader Joe’s or Whole Foods and save some money. You probably are more like supporting someone local than this joke for a company.

Where is my food? I ordered on Tuesday and Friday has passed. I get no answers to my emails and every time I call a recording says they're closed. This was my first order and my last

Received a couple of poor quality produce. No customer service to report to. I felt like that I received something worse than food bank for almost 30 dollars. A rip off totally.

It is a mystery to us how the company does not tell you the box can come the day before your delivery date. They also did not tell us we have to ask for notification (knocking or door bell ringing) when the box is delivered.
Our first box sat outside for 13 or 14 hours since we had no clue they'd dropped it off the evening prior to our delivery date.
The driver did not knock or ring.
We found it the next day after it had been sitting directly in the hot sun for HOURS. The produce was literally hot to the touch when we unpacked it. Needless to say, we are discarding most of it.

When we called they did offer to credit the account and said they would just cancel our service. The representative did not offer any alternatives - they seemed quite happy to just cancel our account and not have us as customers. They made NO attempt to help us resolve these issues for future deliveries and encouraged us to cancel our subscription if we were not happy with the delivery.
Definitely a company that is too big to care.

Please add a search location on your website for ordering product. Would love to type in items to see if you offer them but instead I have to spend so much time scrolling I give up.

Been using this service for some time now and I feel so good about this subscription. Always customizable, very easy to handle overall this is GREAT.

We love the freshness of the produce that lasts longer and with more flavor than the equivalent that we buy from the supermarket. Even though the cost is higher than the market, in the long term we save by not having to throw out spoiled produce. Farm Fresh has introduced us to some new and delicious fruits and veggies. Rainbow carrots—amazing! Delivery is reliable and packaging is for the most part environmentally responsible.

My first few months using this service were great! The last few boxes have been a little beat up. Apples come with lots of bruises and some of the other veggies weren't as fresh either. Overall though it's convenient and usually really great

Always delivered in good condition and on the date posted. Quality is excellent. It feels like Christmas when I open my front door and see my boxes of healthy fruits and vegetables. I also love being able to buy other healthy items such as organic milk and pantry items!

All products are fresh and delicious. I enjoy the selection available and the ability to pick and choose which veggies and/or fruits I want to arrive in my box. The box has always been on time and perfectly packed. Never anything missing or not prefect. I have enjoyed this service for almost one year. I have used other CSA companies and this one is by far the BEST!

The delivery is always at the same time. Never any delivery problems. Produce is always fresh. It’s nice to have in season fruits and veggies. The newsletters are always informative and interesting. Always lots of CHOICES to order.

I love receiving fresh organic vegetables, fruits and other organic offerings from the Farm Fresh to You store each week. I like being able to go online and specialize my order each week to my liking or put in a don't deliver request, if I'm not going to be home that week.
The products, recipes and newsletters in the box each week are nice to receive. The different growing seasons always offer a wonderful bounty of different products. I've enjoyed this service for over a year, and have let my friends and family know of this company.

Everything has been great from the notification to customize my box to the delivery. The fruit and veggies are always fresh and delicious!

Everyone I place my telephone orders is great, but Taylor is outstanding, exceeds expectations! (for instance, today 4/3/24 re the Chard I received and the best temperature for storing the potatoes).

It is especially wonderful for me right now because I don't have the ability to go to our local Farmers Markets so getting delivery really helps. And also, that there are choices and sometimes I can have something all ready to go into a salad or pot to steam w/out prepping it myself. Hoping/expecting this enterprise lasts long and prospers.
