Farebuddies Arvostelua 

i made reservations, then was told different rules, which were part of why I made those particular plans. I asked if I could just get a refund to make other plans, but was denied. I understand nonrefundable, but they were not the reservations I paid for. I am not happy with new bookings, but without paying much more, theres nothing I can do. And I am now paying more than I would booking thru the airlines. So I didn’t save any by booking with farebuddies, and will never use them again

Farebuddies is great. I got a really good base ticket price and they were then able to help me add on carry on luggage, still cheaper than what the airline could offer me. Both Brad and Gray were responsive, and really helpful.

These people run a “bait and switch” scam. This is the second time they’ve scammed me. You buy a ticket at a great price on their website, and later they call you back and say “sorry the airline would not accept the discounted booking.” You can not get a refund they say but you can have the same flight but at a $500 dollar increase of price. Sure they try to help find something cheaper and you end up not getting what you needed and with Spirit. With the price doubled. This is criminal and they should be reported.

I cancel the ticket before isssue.But they still took my money and gave me e-ticket

Avoid at all cost. They are scammers. They don't book your tickets, instead they ask you to call them because your reservation needs attention. Then when you realize you are stuck, they try to sell you something that consider an upgrade for your ticket, like luggage etc. Whatever you will end up paying is much higher than the worst reservation and very different than what you viewed on the screen when you booked.
If you fell in their trap, first cancel your credit card once you confirmed there is no charge then don't worry about them. Of course they tell you that you can't cancel which is funny because there is actually no reservation to cancel
Btw, you will talk to Wilson and some other American named guys that are sitting in some scam location in India.
