Grosse arnaque, ils prélevé 2 fois 34 EUR (68) pendant plusieurs mois sans faire aucun achat. A fuire, vais devoir porter plainte pour récupérer les montants débité sur ma carte Visa.

J'ai participé à un concours pour gagner une machine NESPRESSO. Pour cela, je devais payer 2€ avec ma carte VISA.
FANCY ME SHOP, dont je n'avais jamais entendu parler, a ensuite utilisé mon n° de carte VISA pour me prélever 6 x 34€ = 204€ pour lesquels je n'ai rien reçu en retour, ce que je ne souhaite d'ailleurs pas.
Je ne me suis jamais inscrite sur leur site. Il y a une arnaque liée à ma participation pour gagner la machine NESPRESSO.
Aujourd'hui, je leur réclame le remboursement de ce montant mais n'ai aucune nouvelle.
Sans nouvelle d'ici quelques jours, j'irais déposer plainte et contacterai l'émission "On n'est pas des pigeons"

SCAMMERS, send phishing emails through social media. Take all your details and sign you up to their website. It’ll be hard but just a warning so not sign up to any phishing emails and also DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Massive scammers and they have been reported to the police, cyber crime and ASA

I've never entered to their website but idk how they charged me 180$ and I didn't even knew that, I talked to them but they didn't even give me a refund, don't trust this website/company.

My experience buying from Fancyspread is the worst one I have ever had with online shopping. The order was late, the order was doubled (and I was charged for the extra items), the quality of the clothing is extremely low, and nothing fit! Their customer service might as well be nonexistent since they refuse to allow me to return the items (only one was tried on) and will not give me a refund. I believe the reviews on their website are bogus since there is no way to write one there. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Délai de livraison raisonnable (2 semaines comme annoncé lors de la commande). J'ai commandé une robe qui correspond parfaitement à la publication sur le site (à 20.00, je ne m'attendais pas à de la soie). La coupe est jolie et la taille correspond bien à ma commande. Petit plus... ceinture offerte (celle-ci n'était pas inculse avec l'article lors de la commande).

So glad I read these reviews before I finalized my $150 order. I will not be dealing with this company, and that’s a shame because I have been looking at the clothes for the past weeks and finally made up my mind as to what I want to order. I have been the victim of bait and switch, and poor quality material in the past and I have no wish to go through that again.

i perchance two items 11 weeks ago and still haven't receive it as yet call customer service and they don't have a order for me but i have the receipt of it been taken out of my bank account . Garbage place need to be reported .

Horrible seller - stay away. I bought a Chanel bag which arrived and was nothing like the picture, no shape, poor condition. Not meeting the description at all. ( they had stuffed it on the photos and when it came it was flat as a pancake.) I returned the item and was supposed to get the refund over 2000 CHF) in May . now its July and I still don't have the refund. DO NOT BUY anything from this seller. A total bait and switch scam! I ordered what was supposed to be a "sweater" cardigan and it is a smooth cheap silky material. The second item I ordered is not even close to the same colors or even the fabric on their website. SCAM!
