No need to worry.
I was a little wary buying tickets off a reseller. I simply didn't want to disappoint my lad by getting tickets, driving hundreds of miles to get to the ground and fund the tickets weren't valid.
I looked at multiple websites and chose fanatix.
The process was smooth and quick - from buying the tickets, getting them verified inside a couple of minutes to seeing the e-ticket download and adding them to Google wallet which confirmed the tickets were not added to any other e-wallet.
I'll definitely consider fanatix again.

Wonderful
Excellent, fast, friendly service. Sent me a personal message with a photo before pick-up to let me know where their booth was located. Their service was so good, i’d go to an event just to pick up tickets from them. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

We bought F1 tickets only to find that we had brought duplicates
We bought F1 tickets only to find that they were duplicates. We discovered this at the gates to the race. Fanatix asked for evidence which I provided. With this information Fanatix refused to do anything to solve the problem. They acknowledged the problem but refused to help.
Be very wary of unofficial ticket sites. I have learnt the hard way.

We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and how it affected your day at the race. Unfortunately, in this case, duplicate tickets were issued by the event organizer, and despite our checks, this wasn’t picked up in advance. We completely understand how frustrating and disappointing this must have been for you.
Please know that we’ve refunded you in full, and we’re very sorry for the stress and inconvenience this caused.
