I think goods are great, but ordered a wrong size shirt and your policy of no returns was dispointing, even for the right size as a exchange?

I have just returned home and have received a notification that my parcels have been delivered with a photo being uploaded by the courier.
On returning home I can see there are no parcels that they were left in an unsafe place and not a nominated safe place. It’s not safe and on full view to everyone. Totally unacceptable. The courier should leave a card and attempt delivery another time OR leave with a neighbour.
I’m soooo frustrated.
Furthermore, I have sent multiple email about this but you’re choosing to ignore.
Can someone please assist me?

Custom NFL football top full of errors
Placed an order for a custom NFL shirt for a gift. Not only did it arrive late, but the custom number on the back didn't match the numbers on the side. Had no choice to take the top to the USA as it was for a special family birthday. Unfortunately the numbers didnt match and didnt match the birthday year.
Overall what should have been a straight forward purchase turned into a disaster all round.

Hi, Paul. We are truly sorry to hear about the issues with your custom shirt order and the disappointment this caused for such a special birthday gift. Getting the details wrong and delivering late is certainly not the experience we want for our customers. Your feedback is deeply appreciated, and we are very sorry for ruining what should have been a memorable occasion. We have reached out to you to assist and hope to hear from you soon.
