Christmas hockey pjs.
In early November I ordered five Christmas Hockey pajamas for my son and family in Dublin Ohio. They never received them. I spent two hundred for the pjs. Very disappointing!

A shipping omission error was corrected quickly (within 3 days!), respectfully, and in time for Christmas, thus saving what I hope will be a fun and memorable gift for the whole extended family, and most especially, our 6 year old granddaughter. Oh, and the 3 family dogs. I am very grateful to all those who contributed to getting the missing pjs to me in time. The pajamas themselves are very soft and really quite perfect!

I ordered pajamas for my 2 grandsons. Sizing was perfect and they arrived in plenty of time to have pictures made with Santa. Even Santa made a comment about the “baseball” pjs…commenting that they were really cute. Very happy with my entire experience!

No accountability for poorly made product & bribed to give positive review
*editing my original review to add that the company promised me a 20% refund on 12/15. Then on 12/21, after I left this negative review and followed up about when I would be receiving a refund, they told me they would issue me a 50% refund in 1-3 business days and asked me to consider updating my review. I reached out again on 1/1 since I still had not been refunded. The customer service representative told me they wouldn’t be able to issue me the 50% refund until I updated my negative review. That is against Federal Trade Commission rules.
This company does not take accountability for their poor quality product. I ordered matching Christmas pajamas costing $110 total for my boyfriend, son, and I to wear on our first Christmas as a family. When I received them, I was very disappointed to see the graphics on the pants were grainy and blurred. It looked like when someone zooms too far into a picture and crops it. The material of the pajamas was very stiff and uncomfortable to the touch. The pajamas are also clearly not made in the USA, as there were tags with Chinese writing in the bags of pajamas. I only opened one set to look at them and did not wash or wear them. I reached out to customer service and they did respond quickly. They asked me to send pictures of the issues, so I shared pictures of the blurry graphics. They claimed that this blurring takes place in the printing process and is normal, telling me to keep the pajamas and that they would issue a 20% refund, but couldn’t issue a full refund because the pajamas are “made to order.” I don’t want the cheaply made, ugly and uncomfortable pajamas - I just want to get back what I paid for them during the Christmas season where money is tighter than normal. After this experience, I went on to their Facebook page to see if other customers had similar issues. I only saw one recent post that had a comment section with complaints. The rest of the posts all had comment sections where it was evident that comments leaving feedback had been deleted. Now I truly know this company is a scam, because a reputable company that wants to grow and cater to its customer base would not do that. So here I am now for my family’s first Christmas together without matching pjs to take pictures in on Christmas morning. We feel sad, let down, and duped.

Terrible
When I recieved the pajamas they were not the greatest quality and when I tried them on it was like 2 sizes too small. I even ordered a size up to be sure. I then messaged customer service for a return label and they said “they don’t do returns.” What?!?! You sell clothes online!!! Of course there are going to be people who have issues with the fit of the clothing! So they instructed me to measure all the clothing to insure it was the size they indicated. So, they want me to take my time, after they took my money, to measure their clothes so they can, what? Say, “I told you so?” I spent $150 on these pajamas, (I know, stupid) and now we can’t even wear them. I’m super disappointed.

Horrible Customer Service
I ordered matching pajamas for my husband and I on November 18, 2025. The pajamas were needed for a Christmas party on 12-19-2025. I received an email stating they had been shipped on 11-29-25. They reached Ohio, which is where i live, on 12-13-25. They are still sitting in some facility as of the evening of 12-18-25. I called, texted and emailed this company numerous times trying to see if they could tell me where the distribution center was and i would go pick them up. I have not had any kind of response from them. I completely understand the holiday season is a very busy time however if your customer service is that bad perhaps you should consider making some adjustments. I have no pajamas and no refund.
