I'm not sure about this company. There's no information on the website about the people who run it.

No information about any homeopaths dispensing the remedies.

They take ages to respond to queries via their contact form. Or they don't reply at all. If they do reply, it's brief and not signed by anyone with a name.

Orders arrive quickly (so I've given a star for that). Their salmonella nosode seemed to clear my gut infection quickly, when other remedies didn't. So another star for that.

As a customer, I need reassurance that this company is legitimate but it's not giving the information to convince me of that at the moment. More transparency please FCH.

I’ve used this company numerous times recently. Postage is free and the items are priced very reasonably (much cheaper than larger competitors). The products are first class. Totally recommend.

I have been buying their remedies for a few months, and they always have the remedies I need. It's easy ordering and delivery is very quick. They have such a wide selection, that I was not able to find in some other sites I had looked previously.

I ordered two items from here after googling the best homeopathic remedies for chronic tonsillitis.
I had massive swelling in my neck, (looked like a turkey tbh), and swollen tonsils for over a year by this point. Doctor was hopeless.
Anyway, literally less than a week since starting on the homeopathic treatment and my tonsils are almost totally back to normal, and the swelling in my face and neck has disappeared. This is something that negatively affected my appearance and mental well-being for a year!

Won't bother with doctors again, homeopathy all the way for me from now on.
And this business in particular have gained my loyalty as a customer. My order arrived quickly, and works. No fuss. Very impressed.

I had cause to ask about specific dosage and included weight / illness etc
It took a day or two to get back to me but they did with specific information which was immensely helpful and would have taken time to look up and sort out
I was incredibly grateful and would recommend this company to anyone - small businesses are usually very busy as there is a very small staff and only one or two would be able to access what I required so all. Resit to them they know their stuff !!! Are kind and so helpful!!!

This place is the worst I’ve ever had to deal with. Took ages to fulfil the order, put the wrong value of the item on the customs form. Then takes forever, if not at all, to answer my emails. Thankfully An Post Ireland is sorting it for me with no help from Familycarehomeopathy. I do not recommend this place, steer well clear

I recently sent a very negative review and want to change it as since then I received my order and reply from the homeopath who I now realise was very b usy.
I have no desire to harm someone's business hence this update.

I placed an order with them but after a few days received an email saying the order had been cancelled as I had requested ??
Very strange as I had not visited their site since placing the order. !

Terrible service. I ordered and almost 3 weeks later still no delivery, no update on when, ordwra apparently arent tracked. I actually don't expect it will ever arrive. Only online Chat for support which takes days to reply and provide no useful information other than a technical issue in their systems. KEEP AWAY!
