Disappointing. I ordered a rain jacket from their website, and they delivered the wrong jacket ( not the same brand, model, nor color as the one I ordered—clearly the wrong product). So I contacted customer service, which is only through an obscure email, and the rep told me he would refund the order, but I had to pay the return shipping! I was appalled and told him that was unacceptable and unfair. So the rep tells me that he will refund the order through PayPal (thank Goodness I used them) and Zelle me the shipping costs, once I sent him the receipt and tracking. So I did; I shipped it at the lowest possible cost via USPS and sent the receipt and tracking info. Once he received the return, he refunded the order and told me the shipping was too expensive and would not refund it. It was $20 (for a jacket that cost $120). I tried to reach out to remind him of our agreement, and he never responded back. Do not trust this company; it is shady.

Never Order!!!! Complete scam!!! I ordered a jersey and received a super small men’s large. They sent it from a 3rd party it looks like and then when I asked about it they said it wasn’t from them. So I said ok, give me a refund then or if you’ll still send me a jersey then that’s fine. Never heard back again from them.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! I placed an order on December 30th 2024 for a versace robe. I never got a confirmation email or the robe after waiting almost a month. The phone number listed on the website doesn't work and they haven't replied to my emails. Hopefully my bank will return my money but I'm certain I have been scammed. I have every intention of filing a claim with the better business bureau.

this place is such a scam so terrible spent 90 dollars for a piece of shit that doesnt even fit correctly

This company FRAUDULENTLY advertised 100% genuine leather. They sold a $159 jacket + $20 shipping that was not even faux leather - it was vinyl fabric. Tore within 9 days of opening it & using it (it was an xmas gift, took 11 days to arrive, 20th day is when I began emailing to request a refund). They do NOT respond to ANY of my emails (I sent them ALL the evidence of my complaint). They do NOT answer their phone or call back. I gave them a chance (as it was a $300 coat knocked down in price for xmas, so it made sense at that price that I could expect even a cheap version of leather) & they won't even make good on their product and abide by the 30 day refund policy. Took 2 weeks to even get the garbage they sent (product was TERRIBLE quality - sewing in some places like a child made it). Miserable experience. I will NEVER recommend fameleatherjackets.com to anyone. I am concerned that Trustpilot lends their name to a website that is posting fraudulent advertising (you can't claim "100% Genuine Leather" - and not sell 100% genuine leather).

Do not buy from Fame. I ordered something and have never heard a word back. Their phone number doesn’t work and email doesn’t respond. Also Trustpilot is a joke. No way to reach them and no way to follow up on fraud.

DO NOT ORDER!!! First time placing an order. The order did not arrive , nor did I receive any confirmation email regarding my purchase at all. I tried contacting thier office via the info provided on thier website and it directed me to the contact of a whole different company. As per usual, just another sad website scamming innocent people during the holidays.
