I ordered 3 shirts all of which were clearly very cheaply and poorly made upon arrival. I contacted customer services who offered to replace them after sharing photos of the issues with all 3. I wasn’t convinced that the replacement shirts would be any better quality but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt.

When my replacement parcel arrived there were only 2 shirts in there, both of the same very poor quality (stitching off, logos incorrectly spaced so clearly fake, poor quality material…) I contacted customer services again to ask to return these for a full refund because it was clear they weren’t the real thing. They asked for more photos which I sent and have since not responded nor issued a refund or any returns information. They were very quick to respond when requesting info, but as soon as it’s their turn to do anything they disappear.

If you want a fake shirt that looks like it’s come from a lucky lucky man on Tenerife beach then buy, if not then stick to mainstream stores.

Delivered exactly when said, perfect jerseys however one came smaller than the other and black stain on one however looking to get exchanged

Ordered the Ajax Stone Island collaboration. Delivery took just over 2 weeks as per the website, so no grumbles. So far, the quality is excellent and looking forward to my next order. Loving the Japanese collaboration, just not sure which one to get

Really nicely packaged a lovely shirt and really clean printed number and name on the back of the jersey. Was told around 2-3 weeks and came on the day of 2 weeks after ordering. Really good will buy from there again.

Product is the highest quality, zero flaws at all. Delivery was very slow, but the product makes up for this.

Refund
I placed an order in May, Unfortunately the shirt was no longer needed as it was a duplicate birthday present, I have emailed more than once about my refund as the shirt has been posted back by myself weeks ago ( which may I add was not an easy process ) and I have heard nothing back and still have not received my refund. I will not use this company again which is a massive shame as the items are fantastic quality but unfortunately the returns/refund process has let the company down.
