Falcon online Supermarket Arvostelua 

I ordered groceries on 13/4/24 and today it is 17/4/24 . I have not received my order yet and there is no update . There are no contact details on website , the link for 24/7 customer service is not working . Absolutely pathetic customer service or lack of it . I am not going to order again

I can not get in touch with you to find out where my order is, either by phone or email, I just get redirected
, either send my curried chick peas or refund my money

Over 80% discrepency in products ordered and delivery. Could not reveived the product which wss important to us and Falcon didn't coomunicated that product is not available

I’m very disappointed I don't know how this company works like this I also have a business, my business is working like this, tomorrow I will close it and never open it again

My order of two large containers of white vinegar arrived within 48 hours and were as ordered. The packaging was on the flimsy side - leaving the bottles to slide around in the homemade cardboard packing - but no harm was done and on the plus side there was no plastic or polystyrene involved.

Absolutely pathetic service. My order didn’t get delivered, and I can’t seem to find a way to contact them. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!

Its been over a week no product the website says 2 days

No Asian supermarkets in west Cumbria so always buy online, Falcon are going to be my go to supplier. Great prices and delivered a day early.

Missed items -no refund
Received my items yesterday. Few items were missed off from my order. Contacted the customer service and no reply till now.

Very poor,would avoid.placed order the website 2 day delivery with DHL at a cost of £6.99.Money taken from card with conformation from sage pay which is who they must use to say payment had taken.Nothing from falcon to say order was being processed etc.
Three days later no delivery checked their website order said complete,rang their 24hr helpline automated reply stating "that due to covid there was no-one to take the call and email them to get in touch"ao I emailed twice.Still no reply to emails,and still no delivery.No customer service what so ever.Will never use this service again and will start a dispute with my card supplier.Avoid at all costs.

I placed a order worth £100 and half of the items where not delivered and some of the items delivered were not ordered. No response from them no one is receiving calls and replying to emails.

Many items not available .
No reply from falcon yet.
I have paid for all online orders.
The items received was very good packed and promptly delivered within 2 days but no email or any form of correspondence regarding the items not delivered

In an attempt to track the order, I visited the website, only to find that the status was marked as "complete," without any further information or tracking details provided.

This lack of communication and transparency regarding the status of my order has left me utterly confused and frustrated. Without any tracking information or updates, I am unable to determine the whereabouts of my parcel. To exacerbate matters, I recently received an email requesting feedback on my experience, despite the outstanding issue with my undelivered order.

I urge your team to address this matter with utmost urgency and transparency. It is imperative that customers are provided with accurate tracking information and timely updates regarding their orders to ensure a satisfactory shopping experience. As it stands, the handling of my order has fallen short of expectations, leaving me dissatisfied with the service provided.

I trust that you will take the necessary steps to rectify this issue promptly and prevent similar occurrences in the future. I look forward to a swift resolution and improved communication regarding my order status
