Falconer Removals Arvostelua 

Wouldn’t hesitate to use Falconer Removals again. Very polite, considerate and helpful. They really took the stress out of the whole process and ensured we were happy with everything before leaving. 10/10

As per a lot of the other reviews, this company are very unprofessional. They came slightly late (not a problem), but didn't want 1 minute(!) for me to come down the stairs to open the door, and, despite seeing me, drove off. When I called back they just said they were on their way elsewhere now and hung up. He called back again later by mistake and when he realised who it was hung up again. I suspect they didn't want the job due to location/access.

The below further reinforces our rating. The information provided is completely inaccurate and we can verify this with phone logs demonstrating no missed calls prior to the appointment time and calling them when they left one minute after knocking (I started walking downstairs straightaway but are two flights and I’m heavily pregnant). They clearly looked up and saw me. And what is quoted is more along their tone than mine. Most importantly, I would not go with a company, who breaches GDPR as per below. This is absolutely appalling.

From first contact I could tell Falconer Removals were the real deal.

Over 100 years experience and it showed.

Having not moved in 30 years I was a bit apprehensive about it all, but Graham and Nathan put my mind at rest.

On the day, Nathan, Ross and Tom were brilliant, always smiling and nothing was to much trouble.

They weren’t the cheapest but you pay for what you get. That little bit extra goes a long way on one of the most stressful days you can have.

We had a very conservative quote for our office removals and we were please with the professional and polite service we received. We would use again and highly recommend them for anyone seeking a removals company.

My husband and I moved house a few days ago. We’re both in our 70s and had been in our big 4-bed house for over 22 years. 90% of our furniture was built in so everything had to be emptied and packed in boxes and crates and black bags. We had no help at all. It was a nightmare especially as we were downsizing to a pretty little 3-bed bungalow. But Nathan and his team were superb, even when I started to panic and flap, they were wonderful. Everything was clearly explained and we all arrived at the bungalow. Again, Nathan and his team were superb and helped us to arrange what little furniture we had while he advised on the boxes and bags. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble. They were supreme professionals. I’d recommend them to everyone if you want a hassle-free move done with a smile. Thanks again Nathan and team.

Really rude over the phone and didn’t turn up to the house to give us a quotation, after agreeing a date and time. Avoid at all costs

Brilliant service, easy move and made everything a lot less stressful. Highly recommended and will definitely be using their services again should we move in future.

We received really excellent service from the Company, from quote through to delivery. The team who packed, loaded, delivered and unloaded could not have been more professional, helpful or friendly. They were experts. Beyond that they understood and fully cooperated with our specific requests. Highly recommend them.

This company blocked access to a car park, the men/boys they used were rude, intemidating and down right sexist. One female shop worker trying to get to work being intemidated and told she was being hysterical instead of being polite and moving their vehicle so then a key worker could get to work to "feed tha nation" in the continuing pandemic. SHAME ON YOUR COMPANY!!!
