Falcon Embroidery Arvostelua

Amazing company who are always happy to help if the file is too thick for my single needle machine. They do everything they can to make sure it comes out nicely on such a small machine

Love the quality of the designs from Falcon Embroidery. Also, the sales make affordable designs even more so. Will be shopping again soon.

Great designs that I purchased and all stitched out well.

Quality of products. Customer attention and satisfaction.

I have sent several emails and no response, I purchased several designs and cannot open in my pe next, which would be pes no one has tried to help Very disappointed

I recently asked this company to digitise something special for a funeral. It was in my in box within a day .as it wasn’t quite correct I asked for a correction which I received in hours.it stitched out beautifully.I have also bought some more patterns since I asked this company as I have used them before and they have all been excellent and I will continue to buy from here Thankyou.

Stitch outs are always great as is with customer service...prices vary.. the only thing I would love to see is an easier search for designs and consistency with their sales.

Design stitch out perfectly I’ve never had an issue with the quality of the digitizing.

This was great design to sew. Communication excellent for advice. Have bought more patterns as so delighted with outcome

your Disney embroidery patterns are very different from others I have seen and I want to add them to a quilt I am making with Disney characters and also Disney sayings either from Walt or from the movies he made.

Sent an image for a PES design and when I stitched it out, it was just like the image to a T. Great timing and great service, again.
Thanks,

The checkout process and download went well. The only thing I didn't like was in that particular design, rather than doing a trim after the green "melon" parts, there were run stitches that went across the "face" part of the design. I'm not sure if this was supposed to help tack it down but it was a dark green under the light pink face. Therefore, in the finished design you can see a few dark green lines in the background of the face. I wasn't standing next to the machine when it happened, otherwise I would've tried to skip over those parts but it was too late. Aside from that the design was fine.

I am always amazed by the great customer support that i have received from the staff of Falcon embroidery, The are always easy to reach via email, chat and facebook as well.

Hard to find, stitched well

I had some digitizing done for me and I loved it! Everyone that saw it stitched out wanted to touch it and take photos. I was so happy with the work. Thanks so much for being the best.

Love the quality, sew out great , love the sales & free design. will keep buying from here
