I was so pleased to have been recommended to Fakenham Fires for my recent stove installation. From my first approach, they were knowledgable and attentive to my requirements, always happy and quick to respond to any questions I had and provide quick reassuring solutions. Excellent from idea to completion
I had a very positive experience with Fakenham Fires from enquiry to installation. Being a wood burner novice, I knew nothing and was guided through the process with care and efficiency. The Fakenham Fires crew are friendly, charming and always reassuring. Nothing is too much trouble and their prices are competitive. The installation was recently inspected and has passed with flying colours. I have recommended them to friends and would not hesitate to introduce anyone and everyone to their exemplary service.

We can’t rate the Fakenham Fires team…
We can’t rate the Fakenham Fires team highly enough.
From the initial trip to the showroom, the survey visit and on to the installation they have been amazing, profession and respectful.
Our installation took two days due to the remodelling work needed in the chimney breast we needed to get the look we wanted. Our property was Protected and respected throughout the whole process. Everything was clean and tidy at the end of each day and the building waste taken away.
The people we dealt with had pride in their kid and you can tell but the quality of products and workmanship. The result is a fireplace that is beyond what we imagined.
