Doesn't look like the picture!

The installation instructions were not clear in setting it up. The diagram should have had written instructions along with it. Trying to install it in 20 degree weather is not pleasant, but this is the time of the year we use them. It is up but it doesn't look anything like the picture in the box.
Sorry I purchased it!

Tree was advertised as 26’

Tree was advertised as 26’. My flagpole is 27’6” to the shiv, the 26’ Fairybell is 3’6” from that shiv and the bottom string is 18” off the ground. The directions are very vague to say the least, I will not recommend this product to others nor would I purchase another in the future.

Fairybell offers unique and visually…

Fairybell offers unique and visually striking LED light decorations that look great for holiday and events. The designs are creative and stand out, but pricing can be on the higher side and installation may take some patience. Overall, the quality is good, but the value may depend on budget and expectations.

I purchased a 26' flagpole for the…

I purchased a 26' flagpole for the Fairybell tree that I also ordered. When received, there were two straight sections, only one was required, and I was short a section for the pole.
Also, the instructions could be much better.

Quick Parts Replacement

Ground sleeve broke during install. Customer Service sent a new one (was $14; out of warranty) and had in my hands within 3 days. Very satisfied.
