Stay away! This was my first time ordering from here, and it has been a complete disaster from start to finish.
It took them ages to sort out the order, with the delivery dates being changed repeatedly. Then, without any warning, they suddenly delivered the items at 6am, leaving them outside the house when nobody was there.
To make matters worse, I paid an additional €120 for beds with drawers, but when I finally checked the delivery a few weeks later after being away on holiday, I discovered that the beds had no drawers at all.
Absolutely unacceptable service. I paid for something I didn’t receive, the delivery was handled terribly, and the whole experience has been extremely disappointing. I would definitely not recommend ordering from here. Anytime you contact them no landline number only whats app where someone don’t answer and keep asking same questions..

We would, however, like to clarify a few points. Your order was delivered and, at the time of delivery, we were not informed that anything was missing or incorrect. It was several weeks later, after the beds had been assembled and used, that you contacted us to advise that the two drawers were missing. Our policy asks customers to check their order as soon as possible after delivery and to notify us promptly of any missing or incorrect items. Unfortunately, once an item has been assembled and used for a number of weeks, our options for resolving such issues become limited.
We sincerely apologise for the very early delivery time. Our customers are always contacted in advance to confirm that their delivery is scheduled to take place, although we appreciate that 6am was much earlier than would normally be expected.
We would also like to clarify that we have responded to your correspondence throughout. While WhatsApp is one of our main methods of customer communication, messages are answered, and we are sorry if being asked to reconfirm information caused additional frustration.
As already agreed with you, the refund due is being processed.
We genuinely regret that your experience was not a positive one and apologise for the inconvenience caused. However, we feel it is important to clarify that we were only made aware of the missing drawers several weeks after delivery and after the beds had already been used.

Just wanted to leave a proper review because my experience with Fairmont was really great all round. Quick heads up for anyone thinking of ordering: delivery took about 10 days, so if you’ve got a project you’re rushing to finish, just plan ahead a bit. I was a bit impatient waiting, but it was so worth it in the end.
When they turned up, I was really impressed with how well everything was packed. No dents, no scratches, not a single mark on any of the panels. You can tell they take care to get things to you properly. The quality itself is class, way nicer than I thought it would be for the price, proper good value for money.
I’m shocking at DIY usually, so I was worried I’d mess up fitting them, but they were dead easy to put up. Didn’t take me long at all, and the wall looks completely transformed now. Everyone who’s seen it has commented on how good it looks.
Would 100% recommend these guys if you’re looking to update a room without spending a fortune. Really happy with the whole thing!

am extremely disappointed with the service I received. We waited for our order for over a month, yet it was never delivered. Every week we were given another excuse that there had been an issue and were promised delivery the following week. Unfortunately, this pattern continued week after week without any resolution or transparency. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! I recently purchased wall panels and LED lights from this company, and I am beyond impressed. Placed order on 31st of may for acoustic wall panels didn't arrive untill 21st of June after several messages all I received back was WhatsApp message and a voice note paid €36 for delivery and didn't receive free adhesive as advertised
