Fair Point GmbH Arvostelua 

The organisation pre-show with Fair point was great, quick to reply and great communication. The HUGE disappointment came when we arrived at the apartments. We were told there was a washing machine downstairs, but it was all demolished when we went down there! We were told we would have wifi, this was untrue, we stayed for 10 nights, we had wifi on the last 3! The rooms were dirty, the bedding and towels smelt and were full of dust. When I sent photos of the dirty apartments (we booked 5 apartments and paid in full before the trade show!), nothing was done, we were not at all reimbursed and frankly I would never use them again!

Our travel agent at Fair Point provided a seamless experience for my company and our group of six company executives with regards to our stay in Dusseldorf for the MEDICA trade fair. We were in close communication so changes to the rooming list could be made easily and questions about the hotel and invoices were answered quickly. I highly recommend Fair Point and Ventsislav for all your travel needs! They will take care of your group and ensure a positive trip for everyone.
