Positive experience overall, communication can still improve
I’ve been investing on Fagura for several years and overall my experience has been positive. Returns have been solid and the platform offers interesting opportunities for investors.
Recently I had a situation where the communication could have been clearer at the beginning, but after further discussion the team reviewed the case and handled it fairly. I appreciate that they were willing to listen and reconsider.
For me the important point is that as the platform continues to grow, I would like to see further development in customer support and more efficient communication with investors. These aspects are very important for building long-term trust.
Overall I remain a satisfied investor and I hope the platform continues to grow and improve.

If you are an investor
If you are an investor, invest here with great risk. The company, even if it claims the opposite, does not intervene at all in the return of money by legal means in the case of debtors. Everything boils down to discussions and phone calls, until they simply sell your debt to collectors for nothing. This, at least in my case - 100% inactivity, even if I asked them for explanations during a whole year. 0% protection/legal actions for debt recovery. There are debts for more than 1 year, without legal measures filed. And it is not a singular case. Otherwise, the idea is good, the platform works with small exceptions that are again related to the administrators' inactions. The moment I see at least a real attempt to return the debts, an investors' chat where it is possible to openly discuss the problems that arise, updating the debtors' information at least once a month - then I will change my opinion. All this has been said for a long time, but absolutely nothing is done.

Hi Serj, thank you for your message and critique, even though the reality is slightly different. I'm getting back to you with more information not to contradict, but to inform you about Fagura's actions: just last month (April), we saw a decrease in NPL (Non-Performing Loans at 90 days) from 7.2% to 6.5% (in May, our target is to lower it to 6%). Out of over 600 active borrowers, 495 pay on time, about 50 have delays up to 30 days. Our two-person team works with the other late payers in stages of soft and hard collection. Usually, we recover about 50% of loans that become NPL, and the rest, who have lost their jobs, have no income, are abroad, or are over-indebted, are sold to collection agencies, where last year we recovered about 35% of the Principal (much more than "nothing" or "100% inactivity"). For example, in May, we're preparing to sell a portfolio of 12 loans and have sent preliminary requests to another 24 clients to take them to court. It's important to be aware that any investment involves risk and that you will inevitably face some losses. However, what matters is the profit you end up with. Historically, investors on Fagura have earned around 16%. I believe it's your right to be dissatisfied with some processes, and we can listen to your opinion here; we can also continue on the Fagura chat (ask for a connection with Tudor Darie, CEO of Fagura). I assure you and other investors that we make every effort to protect investors' money and recover it, our actions being legal and without undertaking collection or harassment of borrowers.
