Factory Of Games Arvostelua 

bought two games from Factory of Games and subsequently needed help with a very simple ordering issue. I wanted to buy another copy of Encrypted UK Family Edition and asked whether the 10% multi-buy discount applied to my original order could be honoured.

I emailed customer support twice and received no response. I then tried Facebook, where the only replies were automated messages. Finally, I emailed the UK parent company directly and copied a named Factory of Games contact. Still no response.

Ironically, during all this I did receive an automated email from Factory of Games asking me to review my purchase.

I actually like the game. I wasn’t seeking a refund or compensation — I was trying to buy another one from them.

After weeks of getting nowhere, I have now had to buy the additional game elsewhere at a considerably higher price.

A good product is badly let down by customer service which, in my experience, has been effectively nonexistent.

have now bought the additional game elsewhere for £30.09. Factory of Games is currently advertising the same game at £49, despite my original copy costing £21.99 only a few weeks ago.

Really great customer service! Had some issues with Christmas post delays but they were so helpful and looked after me. Delighted with my game. Definitely recommend the company

So much fun, we laughed so much my face ached and I had tears streaming down my face. So frustrating when everyone can hear what you're saying and you can't!

Item sent on December 18 th still not received , then said sent second one out on 29 th December yet again not received poor from company now not replying to emails not happy

Encrypted - a super fun, accessible game for all the family (except the adult cards!). We loved it for our Christmas/New Year parties! Quick, tracked delivery too!

Great game, lots of laughs on Christmas day with a group ranging from age 6-86.
Delivery was as stated.
Only problem is that a few of the cards have spelling mistakes on the side with the correct phrase. Not something you expect with a game that costs this much.

I ordered the games for Christmas and they arrived in plenty of time.
They were well packed and much cheaper than Amazon!
I have no hesitation in recommending Factory Of Games and will definitely use them again.

Saw this game advertised on Facebook and as I like a new christmas game thought I'd give it a go. Played it just with just my husband and had a real laugh. Looking forward to playing it with more people.

I bought the original the family and the Christmas editions. It's a great game, harder than you think. When someone is saying the encrypted word allowed as the person holding the card you can hear the answer but to them it's gobbledy gook, it's fun and you can get a little frustrated

Played the Christmas edition on Boxing Day. It was so funny I cried.

I purchased Encrypted for adults, my husband was not convinced that it would be as funny as some of the adverts on Facebook but trust me, it was hilarious, made us belly laugh. Great fun.

Delivered in time, but constantly pestered for a review. Several requests, which became a nuisance after a while. Game itself is ok, but expensive and has limited shelf life as you become familiar with the answers. But the constant requests for a review, like an insecure child seeking constant reassurance. You kept asking, so here is my honest opinion, based on my experience. If a customer doesn't respond after the second time of asking, they probably aren't going to. But keep on at them and you'll just annoy them.

Bought this family version for Christmas games after tea. It’s brilliant! Endlessly amazing that one team can be virtually saying the phrase without knowing it!! - which is what makes it funny for the other team… that and the other bizarre things they say before working it out! Ingenious game, the whole family love it and we’ve just ordered the Christmas expansion pack too!
