I am sorry you found the coffees too expensive. The Lyons Instant Coffee 2 in 1 x 10 Sachets is £1.79 for a pack of 10 sachets.
Your reason for wanting to return the order was as you had ordered the wrong type of coffee, unfortunately we can not cover the cost of returns when we have sent you the item you have chosen to order. Overall really pleased with my bundle and the scent is now hard to get in shops. Only small negative is one of the bottles leaked slightly as lid not secured on.

I am sorry an item became out of stock. When the refund was issued for this a notification is sent to the email address you provided on the order. To receive free shipping you need to enter the discount code. No code was entered so the discount could not be applied.

Excessive plastic packing materials.
Not all items in stock when ordered were then dispatched, items took a little longer than expected and arrived incredibly well packaged to the point the packaging was excessive. There was cardboards, plastic packing peanuts and tape holding it all together.
My concern is the packing peanuts are not degradable plastic and they supplied a large carrier bag full in my delivery. If they were degradable type they would dissolve in water thus no disposal issue but with councils reducing the bin collections and wanting recycling. The company should be looking at making its packaging, and packing materials friendlier to the environment and consumer rather than contributing to landfill and potential customer grief with extra packaging to go in the general waste bin when the collections are halved.

Brilliant company. Highly recommend …
Ordered products for the first time from this company. Had many problems with Parcelforce who kept saying (on 4 separate occasions and after many long calls to thei complaints department who are useless) they couldnt deliver my parcel. I contacted Fabfinds customer services who went above and beyond in contacting Parcelforce for me. They managed to get my parcel delivered. So thank you for such great service. I will be a returning customer and in fact placed a 2nd order today. I would give them 10 stars if I could best customer service I’ve ever used. Plus my gorgeous cleaners are finally in my possession. Thank you

Ordered paint which was not as described. Different than a tester pot of the same paint. This however quality was poor and very watery paint. Return request was accepted via Amazon with my reasons. Seller took over a week to locate my return and then said no refund will be given as I opened the paint. Have escalated via Amazon under their A-Z seller policy

I ordered 2 shampoo and a conditioner. They were very well packaged(bubble wrapped in a box with fragile tape sealing) and arrived perfectly and in good time.
There was also a mystery free gift of some wax melts, which I appreciate.

Great job Customer Services
Order placed easily on the website. After a day or so I was informed that the delivery would be a few days late, no problem.
I was then informed that an item was out of stock - received an immediate refund, again no problem.
When the order arrived I was missing several items. Contacted Customer Services, where Zoe said she would sort the problem. Missing items received today, only 2 days after reporting the issue. These issues shouldn't really occur, but when they do, all I want is for them to be resolved quickly.
FabFinds (Zoe) sorted the problem so as far as I'm concerned great service! Thanks.
