Still waiting for money a month later
I have been waiting over a month regarding two £800 withdrawals that have still not entered my account. A total of £1600 has still not been payed to me. I have sent email after email and keep getting the same response that it is being looked into. A month later, I am still left questioning with f7 where my money is. I have provided endless bank statements and have even provided conversations from my bank to prove it is not an error on my end. I am constantly emailing for updates and always get the same response and a month later I still do not have my money! In addition I was told to use a different withdrawal account I did this and again this money has not been payed either £150 this was so there’s a total of £1750 that I am waiting for from f7 and still have none of the money!
