Im not sure whether this is an offshore company or not but they will either not answer the phone at all or you are put through to an external service who can only pass on messages. Im still yet to receive a call back after 4 messages left. No response on email either.

Communication was excellent and the tutor was professional and engaging.

Have been with Ezymath for about a month. Their admin is good in communication and managing the tutors. Our tutor has been reliable and is knowledgable on our son's subjects.

The whole process has been great. We had a tutor within 3 days and the first session within 5. The system is so flexible and communication has been excellent every step. Our tutor has focussed on the specific task we needed to cover and my son has found it incredibly helpful. He is now booking his own sessions.

After expressing my interest in getting a maths tutor I received a very friendly phone call from a lady called Gemma. She asked me for my preferences regarding a tutor and linked me with someone in my area. My maths tutor (Dushyant) then rang me and arranged a first lesson. He was professional, friendly and had already done some preparation into the exam that I was studying for. I really appreciated the fact that he already knew what the perimeters and skill level of the exam, so that he could then work towards this level during our lessons. He always came well prepared and was interested in helping me, even during the week when I got stuck with a question. I feel more confident about sitting the exam now and have definitely learnt a lot in only one month.

The information on the website was incredibly helpful to find a tutor / read profiles. Communication once contacted was very prompt and professional as well as supportive in terms of our special requirements. Although the tutor we had chosen wasn't available they provided us with another tutor option who was perfect. The ongoing follow up and support resources have been a great asset to our new tutoring journey.

Its fairly easy to get started. Staff is easy going. Tutors are very flexible, and will work with you so you get a time that suits you.
Overall a pleasant experience.

The maths tutor for my grandson is very helpful and informative and has quickly improved his knowledge of some of the basic mathematical concepts. However last Tuesday my daughter-in - law emailed EZY Mathsat 10am in the morning to inform that my grandson was sick and could not do the tutoring that afternoon.
That message was not passed on to the tutor, as i found out at 4.00pm and quickly contacted the tutor.
I would suggest that EZyMaths ensures that the student or the parents/ guardians have the tutor's mobile number OR that the email gets to the tutor.
Otherwise the service is general good but too much dependence on emails.
