The company was very helpful, as the PO took the parcel to their 24 hour boxes, which l have difficulty getting to.. new postman didn't leave it, as instructed.. it was taken care of by the company and was much appreciated..

The harness l brought is lovely and strong, fits nicely on my dog . and has already been used a few times as we go in our car most days.

The company where I bought my first harness had gone out of business and I had tried other harnesses, but they never fitted properly. Then I tried Ezy Dog mesh harness. It is true to size. Fits perfectly.

Ordered two harnesses for our newly adopted JRT/Foxy mix Bobby, as he has a very unique physique (stocky torso, short neck, long legs, lean whithers). Order came earlier than advised, always a plus. All other harnesses we tried just didn't sit right. EzyDog fits the best! I took his measurements, one harness is a M, other one is a S. Both adjustable and fit perfectly, with room to adjust as his weight stabilises. Good snug fit without undue pressure around the neck and armpits, no way for him to worm free. The camo pattern really complements his colouring! Threw in a collar and leash with my order, excellent quality.

We had EzyDog harnesses for our previous boy Oscar (RIP 2009-2026) which were fantastic and stood the test of time (but don't suit our current dog's physique, Oscar was slimmer with a narrow torso). We have two EzyDog life jackets from Oscar's time, which he wore on the beach, which have also lasted so well they look new! Wish they would bring these back, top notch products.

100% recommend EzyDog, I always come back to this brand as it's reliable, excellent quality and seriously good value. The products will outlive your pup. Highly recommend you measure your dog and consult the provided charts to get the right size, never assume as different harnesses fit differently. A quick wash or rinse after salty environments is a must too.

Very happy with check halter for new cocker spaniel puppy,and replacement double up collar for my old jack Russell, old one lasted 10 years of everyday rugged use, then 2 days of new puppy chewing (probable got another 10 years in it, but I didn’t want to risk it!)

Forth time wearing the mediun harness the name tag with ARCHIE in it, the R and C pealed off.
Other then that it was fine.

I was sent a new harness and name plates in replace of ones that have broken too early. I will admit the response time for the email was not great initially. But once someone took on the job of fixing the problem the whole process was fantastic and I am very grateful that ezydog have stood behind their product. Thankyou.

Great quality. Shipping fast (we live very rural). Now everyone can call all of our dogs by their correct names.

Product great - delivery service was terrible. No alternative for missed delivery and then drops item off in essenden which is no where near my home. Contacted them and just got terrible service. I recommend using aus post.

We got a replacement collar after the initial one broke. I don’t mention that to be negative because customer service was excellent in resolving the issue. EZydog products are well designed for active dogs and their humans.

My delivery was delayed due to a problem with AusPost. When I contacted the team they got straight onto it and followed up...it was delivered promptly.

Disappointment turns to happy and all fixed. I originally posted the following message not expecting any response but i received a call from Ezydog. The lady i spoke to was extremely helpful and after sending her photos of the harness they are sending me a different style harness and have given me a partial refund. I would definitely recommend ezydog to anyone after a harness for their pet. Ezydog have been very professional, helpful and understanding. I t was a reluef to actually talk to a person. (While I measured and talked to your chat box who assured me the front adjustment would fit my dog it was to big allowing my dog to pull and the Velcro comes undone. Basically I feel that I thrown over $80 in the bin.)

I like to ask questions before placing an on line order. As is the case in the past, EzyDog employees are always quick to answer the phone and very happy to explain what products best suits me and my furry friend. It was even easy to place my order over the phone. I felt confident that what I was ordering was exactly what my dog needed. And it was.
