EZvacuum are scammers. My only regret was not writing a terrible review sooner, so that i could save everyone else the time and money to never purchase an item from this scam company.
We had to deal with terrible customer support, my family had ordered a vacuum part from this company and the vacuum part had still not come in after 4 months of waiting.
We then asked EZ vacuum where the package was and they basically had no idea, and did nothing to help us find the package or not even offering to send a new part.
We paid an absurd amount for shipping fee, and the service is super terrible. A couple months later, we asked for a refund but now they disappeared and ghosted us, after not receving the package for almost a year since purchase.

They are absolute scammers and should be avoided, if you like burning your money in a fire you should purchase an item from this company

Customer Service doesn't exist. Damaged Motor.

I ordered a motor for my Rexair/Rainbow Power Nozzle and I received the motor with multiple damages and no packing slip. I called the customer service number 1 703-951-3822 so many times and always an answering machine. I sent an email and finally I got an answer from Radhika through text. I returned the defective motor and got a refund except the shipping cost that I incurred ($17.10). I am very disappointed with this company. I will never do business with them again.

I didn’t see the bad reviews until after I ordered from this place but I’m glad I didn’t see the bad reviews because it would’ve swayed my opinion and not purchased from here. I ordered a Dyson brand name filter Monday I had it by Saturday, I don’t understand the negative reviews because they were fair priced and it came pretty fast so I can only say my experience was a great one and I’d absolutely order from this place again!

I ordered Shop Vac Type LL 9066000 4 Gallon All-around EZ Collection Bag bags on 10/13/2021. I finally revived them on 10/22/2021. This place is horrible.
First they were supposed to be 2 packs of 3 bags totaling 6 bags. I received 4 bags in total. Second these bags are not for my Shop-Vac the hole is to big and so is the bag.

I emailed them on 10/22/2021 and called the number no response as of yet. I also emailed them 10/25/2021 and called still not response as of yet, Responses are to be with in 24 hours it has been way over that.

I would avoid this place if you need Vacuum Bags Since not only did they ship the wrong ones they don't responded to a return.

The white bag is my original Shop-Vac bag the yellow ones are what they shipped me.

Be aware this easy vacume is a joke the plastic bits do not self seal and you need a smaller than normal pole 'thinner'.The item is a joke it picks up one leaf of the bottom and does not pick up the next ten when the item comes apart into four pieces as they dont seal .To add to that Cynthia keeps spruiking how high the morals of the company are and did not send the full promotional of extra nets .A joke be carefull a waste of $50.

This company appears to be a scam outfit. We ordered vacuum cleaner bags more than a month and a half ago and still haven't received them. We've tried calling them, and contacting them through their customer service email, but never got a rep or a response.

Where do I start.
Received the item with wrong labeling and packaging that didn’t depict the item on website the current packaging wasn’t up to date and they representative argued with me that I was wrong and left me responsible for shipping fees. Even though it’s in their policy, they still sent an item that wasn’t displaying correctly on the website at time of purchase.
Horrible HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Order a brush roller head and replacement belts. the brusher roller head was a good replacement. They sent the wrong belts. Order confirmation had the correct vacuum model belt number listed. They sent the wrong belts. Emailed their customer service about the wrong belts being sent. No reply back! I ordered the belts from a competitor and received the correct belt. I will never use this company again. Once they get your money they don't care to make their mistake right!

The vacuum bags were listed as Panasonic MC-V295H but what arrived were much cheaper aftermarket Envirocare bags. Nothing wrong with selling aftermarket bags, but not when disguised as genuine product on the website and priced as the genuine product. Seller never took the return back or resolved the situation.

They carry parts for repair and replacement that are hard to find anywhere else. Their prices reflect that they know this. Hard to find items are priced so high that I consider them to be a place to shop in desperation and only as a last resort.
