J'avais commandé en ligne 2 tentes easy up pour mon travail. Le modèle que j'avais choisi n'était pas adapté à mes besoins.
Avant de passer ma commande, le représentant m'a téléphoné pour s'assurer que j'achetais le bon produit. Il m'a alors conseillé le modèle approprié à mon utilisation.
J'ai été impressionné par le professionnalisme et l'excellent service de M.Yannick Bunodière à la succursale de Laval . Merci ☆☆☆☆☆

Justin did an incredible job. We are excited to work with EZup again because of him.

I purchased a gazebo from this company and, while the product had already shipped, I received several emails and text messages announcing significant discounts on the exact same item. Naturally, I contacted customer service multiple times — both by email and through their messaging system — to request a price adjustment in accordance with the new price.

Unfortunately, I never received any response. No follow-up, no acknowledgment, nothing.

This level of after-sales service is extremely disappointing and frankly unacceptable. When a company actively advertises major discounts immediately after a purchase, the least they can do is respond to customers who are asking for a fair price adjustment. Ignoring customers altogether reflects very poorly on the company.

Based on this experience, the after-sales service of this company leaves a lot to be desired.

Very helpful in trying to address my issues

We've been using these tents for the last 8 years, and they have stood the test of time. when one got destroyed in a weather incident last year, we immediately ordered a replacement from EZup.

Jeff and Mike are always amazing to work with! Caught an error I had put in my order and fixed it before shipping.

Needless a part for a canopy. They were cost effective, shipped quickly .

I bought a fire resistant tent however it was damaged at the first event that I did , so I was for warranty and at the end they gave me that , so at the end it was a good experience

We ordered a tent for an event as a rush order because time was limited. We did have confirmation that the tent would be completed and be delivered on time and paid the extra fee for the rush order.
Upon receiving the first portion of the tent, we were eagerly waiting for the peak for the event date was getting closer by the day. The event was to take place on a Thursday. On the Thursday week before the event we inquired about the remainder of the tent and was told that it was on schedule to arrive before the event and that it should be at sent out on friday upon receiving it from the manufacturer. Friday passed by and there was not tracking which indicated that it was not shipped. Reached out on Monday the week of the event and same response. On Tuesday I really began to get concerned because it had not been shipped out upon inquiring. The day before the event which was Wednesday I called and was told that the representative was on his way from laval to quebec to pick up my order because there was a delay on the shipment. I was also told that upon receiving the shipment they would send the shipment overnight and also have it placed for before 9 delivery. My event was scheduled to commence at 10am. I was extremely worried and had no hope that this would have worked out.
The morning of my event we began working on our backup plan because our tracking on the shipment continuously said that it is delayed.
Right before the camera crew arrived at our location a percolator truck showed up with our shipment. We were so relieved.
It was quite frustrating and worrisome throughout the second shipment of the tent but I must say and give credit to the reps who made a very huge effort to get it delivered on time. I am thankful that we received it right on time, the timing could not have been any better and it turned out to be a successful event. We will order other accessories for our new and amazing tent with ezup. The quality is excellent, the structure is very easy to set up and take down. We are happy with the product. One thing we will ensure that we do for our next order is to not get the express shipment or time sensitive shipping option but give ourselves enough time for delays like what we encountered. Justin and James were very kind and I would recommend them for their effort. Justin started the process with me from the begining and delivered even though the second shipment was a bit frustrating but they delivered and made the extra effort. Thank you guys!

Purchasing of over the internet is very easy for a person like me that does not purchase a lot of goods that way. This is a new product for EZ-UP CANADA. So I understand that the manufacturer has some bugs to work out when it comes to written assembly instructions with illustrations. It really was an exercise in frustration but I eventually got it with a neighbours help. Over all the product is well made and should standup to years of camping use.
On a side note, I received the product and found I was missing two pieces. After contacting EZ-UP CANADA the missing pieces were sent to me immediately. Thank you for the great service.

Product delivery was quick. Setup was not so difficult even doing it alone the first time. The quality of materials is definitely in line with my hopes and expectations. Purchased for recreational use only and expect to get many years of enjoyment.
