I needed storage because of a fire. Everyone at EZ Storage were the most helpful, knowledgeable staff I have ever encountered. They were very patient and honest with me and it was such a pleasant experience during one of the most horrific events in my life. I never had to worry about my precious belongings salvaged from he fire. I highly recommend this site.

EZ Storage Capitol Heights is a gem! Always smells fresh in clean each time I come. No clutter, trash, litter or anything... Basically a BRAND NEW property with new storage units. I went to the arbutus location on July 30 2019 at 12:00 pm the staff on duty was wonderful they put me in the perfect size unit they gave me all the good information that I need to be successful. My experience was excellent I love my unit and my choice to use ez storage I felt like I was becoming apart of a family not just a customer

The Two that was on shift worked great as a team it was a younger black woman and a guy I believe was Indian "race doesnt matter" I just want them to know they were awesome !!! They want you to get the great prices it was a nice and easy experience, the move in was easy, they have a loading dock with carts lol it was dope
