Excellent service

Excellent service, unparalleled space (design, access, cleanliness, etc.), and great access. Can't imagine a better storage facility for our short-terms needs

The price is great!

The price is great, especially, for the Northern Virginia Area.
The facility is clean, there is climate control in place, and it is very new facility.

There is room for improvement when it comes down to customer service though.
My experience during signing was borderline awful.

But the price and cleanliness make up for that. Otherwise, I would have given it a 5star.

Excellent customer service

The customer service person( sorry but I forgot his name) was more than helpful. He made sure we were happy with the size of the storage we were renting.

1st time with EZ Storage

Very nice facility, clean, brightly lighted, secure, especially important climate controlled, competitive pricing, employees nice to work with and location very convenient to where I live

Outstanding Staff and facilities!

I would highly recommend my family and friends to use EZSTORAGE of Lanham. The staff was very helpful,my unit was clean, the entire place was well lit, and l felt safe in the environment.
