Ezmuve Estate Agents Arvostelua

Excellent experience from estate agent Zee, would definitely recommend again.

The whole team at EZMuve have done everything they could to get my sale complete. I had great updates regarding sales progression from the office, and Zee and Morris doing their utmost to make sure I could get to viewing the property I was purchasing - even when things went awry! They’ve been incredibly patient with my questions over the many months it took to get to completion, and thank you to the whole team. When things weren’t quite working or something didn’t go as expected they let me know, and it really helped me to trust the process. It really made me feel at ease having such a human nature during such a stressful time.

I wasn't familiar with Ezmuve, however after we viewed a property listed with them and meeting with Zee we fell in love with the house and purchased it.

Zee was in constant communication throughout the process and was extremely helpful and supportive.

Highly Recommended

A quick and easy process to get the house on the market and we did get an offer within 12 days however, through no fault of Zee and the team, this fell through after 4 months and we were back to listing the property.
A lot slower process the second time round and the communication could have been a little better but we did get there in the end.
Glad to have finally completed and moved.
Thanks Zee and team for your patience and efforts in getting the sale.

We sold our house with ezmuve, Zee and his colleagues were nothing but professional from the first meeting to the house selling 7 weeks later.
Nothing was to much trouble for zee or his colleagues.
We would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of selling there house just give them a call and sit back relax and let the guys do there work.

I used this estate agent to get an investor buyer for my property I received an offer on the first viewing. I have been able to communicate with the estate agents whenever I needed to with no issues.

I bought my first home through Ezmuve, having dealt with other estate agents before I offered on one of their properties, I found Zee and the team was extremely friendly, supportive and understanding. The communication between myself, Ezmuve and the sellers was really smooth and I feel it was mainly down to Ezmuve help speed things along. I would highly recommend anyone to use Ezmuve. If I come to sell or rent in the future, they will be my first choice in estate agents. - Thank you to the whole team.

Sold my house in 7 days. Quick, profession and a real pleasure to deal with

I couldn't be happier with the service that was provided by Zee and his team. The entire process was handled professionally. Each call and email was answered promptly showing the dedication of the entire team. Zee went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and that the experience was enjoyable. We highly appreciate everything he has done and cannot wait to use him again. I highly recommend Zee if you are seeking a dedicated estate agent. Thank you for everything! Atif

Fantastic service throughout the process.

Having bought and sold many properties over the years this sale was hassle free.

I asked 3 agents to value and Ezmuve fees and valuation were spot on.

Zee and his team took away the hassle of distance selling a property as I live over 100 miles away. They managed all viewings and key holding and provided a personal service throughout going the extra mile which was greatly appreciated.

Would have no hesitation to recommend Ezmuve!

Zee was amazing in the process from start to finish. I purchased a property and Zee helped me from the very first viewing up until the point of collecting the keys to my new house. Kept me updated throughout. I can’t thank Zee or the Ezmuve team enough. Thank you so much, very professional, helpful and will definitely recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of working with EzMove to find my new home, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the outset, their team demonstrated exceptional professionalism and a genuine desire to understand my needs.

They provided a curated selection of properties that perfectly matched my criteria, saving me time and effort. The communication was outstanding; they kept me informed at every step, answering all my questions promptly

I highly recommend Ezmove! They truly made finding my new home a delightful experience.

Very good service and very helpful staff

Fantastic estate agent very supportive all the way. As a purchaser I will definitely recommend very happy thanks Zee

I cannot fault this company especially the flag bearer Zee. He got my business because he always answered the phone and genuinely worked harder than the more ‘well established’ agents.

He then gave a realistic price, and delivered in the time he set to sell the house. This might involved marketing that was innovative and not always the norm, but it worked and he catered this to the audience. He also was a straight talker, when needed which I liked. He was honest, a rare thing these days.

The after sale team were also great and always got back to me whenever I asked them to. This often involves dealing with inefficient solicitors. They were always polite and courteous.

This company will go a long way and corner the market. A great team. Thank-you and well done.

Just sold my house through Ezmuve and I have to say they were excellent. I was given a price to sell at the start of the sale and was kept informed of any details or updates regularly. Top service

Great transaction! Great people, great communication. I wil be back for more investments!

Thankyou

Zee got my house sold quick and for the asking price I wanted with ezmove weather your buying or selling it is the best around.

Zee attended to my dad's property after a phone call explaining the situation of needing to see the property quickly. Zee attended and looked round and gave plenty of information upon what was the best next steps.
Zee arranged all paper work and an amount estimated for the property and arranged photos.

During this time Zee reassured my dad and myself throughout.

The first sale fell through due to issues with finances on the buyes side, at towards the end of the process sale. Zee was able to quickly find another buyer which got the sale back on track.

Constant contact and reassurance.

(We hired Ison harrison solicitors to support within the sale, please see our review on their page however I would not recommend for sale of house unfortunately, due to poor communication, issues with paper work being lost and then payment not being recieved upon completion day. ) This is information is here due to working closely together.

All being said there was nothing Zee could have done differently and even supported us when we had the above issues with Ison when it wasn't within his company.

5 star - Zee and his staff good communication goes above and beyond tried to make everything go as smoothly as possible in a difficult stressful time.

We are now hoping for Zees support in looking for a property.

Thanks everyone at Ezmuve
