I'd give less than 1 star if I could. Paid to get out of timeshare. After 2 years they did nothing. Contract says they will refund all but $1000 if they don't get you out within 2 years. Submitted request for refund in writing and talked to customer service. They dragged their feet until they closed their doors. Website says they are Christians. They are crooks. There should be some legal action available for people like this.

It's been over 2 years since we engaged you and paid $12,487. I have been calling and emailing you since mid-March 2023 and you won't even answer my calls or emails. This is fraud.

We are all skeptical of the claims timeshare exit companies make. EZ Exit did exactly what they said they would do! The owner of the company even became personally involved in our case, and they incurred additional expenses which EZ Exit absorbed. We HIGHLY RECOMEND EZ Exit if you want to get out of your timeshare agreement.

Every one is so nice and they take your opinions into account. They also don't force you in to anything.

My wife and I contacted this company on 12/28/2018 with a two year contract to get us out of our time share. In the contract it states after two years the do not accomplish this they will return all but $1,000.00 of the $6,109.00 we paid them. The contract has expired and the owner Dan Cook does not return our calls or correspondence. This company is a scam as far as we are concerned. Our next step it to contact the Texas Attorney General’s consumer fraud and the FBI for violation of interstate fraud.

I do believe that the amount of money spent to have this timeshare removed and executed is really way to much, and our government should be looking at all timeshares and stop working with those kickbacks from those timeshare companies

The process took a little longer than anticipated, but they were true to their word and got us out of our timeshare!

I had enjoyed my Time Share for many years but the maintenance fees were getting to be too much to handle. EZ Exit Now helped me end it legally with no worries for the future.

The process was easy and painless. So glad to get the burden off my children and we do not have to deal with increasing maintenance fees..

The process took a lot longer than anticipated. I was asked to pay in advance for items that the company needed to pay for. It was handled in a manor sufficient after I proposed a different way to approach the issue. I had to follow up several times due to they did not keep communications open and give progress reports. If I had not kept calling them I am not sure how long the process would have taken.

The company got us out of two time shares. And when one of them tried various sneaky maneuvers to keep us locked in, Easy Exit provided us with guidance about our responses and eventually argued directly with the company until they relented and released us from any further obligations.

They promised they would help us get free of our timeshare and they delivered. They handled all the paperwork and communications with the timeshare people and when we got the final notice of the cancellation it was such a great relief. Thank You EZ Exit Now!!

Took a long time. Salesman said keep maintance fees current but in reality as long as you pay fees they will not settle with you
