Eze fue como encontrar un tesoro, con monedas de Oro, pero resultaron ser monedas de chocolate. Al final no son valiosas. Es una empresa con un gran margen de mejora, pero la atención al cliente es nefasta, a destiempo e inoportuna, no dan información clara.
Compré #10 - iPhone 15 PM 256 GB con promesa de entrega 5-7 días a sus bodegas, y al día 7 me dicen que no van a poder completar mi pedido y me hacen esperar 5 días mas por otro pedido, me quedo un saldo a favor y se han demorado 5 días para hacerme el reembolso, sin contar que es la segunda oportunidad que les doy, la primera compra pedí 10 equipos y todos llegaron refurbished, cosa que no dijeron al momento de la venta. Sin duda hay que contar con suerte para que todo salga bien con Eze.

Not a serious company.

I thought we found a partner for our company given the variety of goods they sell.

However, upon making a test order, it showed us how amateur this company is.

The website claims 2-5 days for estimated delivery, well, we made a test order of 15 pro max 256, a pretty common phone. It took over 15 days for them to ship to us. It was shipped from Hong Kong, and not domestically and is at the time of writing, stuck in customs.

The supplier waited for the price to drop so he could make more money.

Customer support is ridiculous. Never apologizes, just says: “slight delay”

Prices are okay, not much different from other suppliers, which already have the goods at hand and can ship the same day or the next day.
