Eyes Wide Open Arvostelua

The clothing is good quality, smart and my lad is very happy. Delivery was quick too. What changed a 5* to 3* I will detail below.
It states all over the website free returns and when I emailed them with a query, I’m told they deduct £4.80 if they send out a return postage label to me or I can arrange it myself? There is not even an address displayed to send it too and everything has to go through by email. Im awaiting on a reply regarding this situation because free returns is very misleading if thats the case. There was also a leaflet inside the parcel with outdated returns information. Its been easy to buy but very difficult to send back.
The company has got the products on point but I personally feel like first impressions count when building customer trust especially that first order and based on things not being consistent, clear or transparent, I most likely wouldn’t shop here again because of that.

Order some clothes for my sons birthday and all arrived quickly and great quality

Great service, quality and fit perfect definitely ordering again Thank you EWO

Ordered a few things for my sons birthday and everything was great quality and came really quick thankyou Eyes wide open

Been going to EWO for a while and the new sets they’ve just released have such a good quality to them I’ve loved everything that I’ve ordered from them over the past few years

There’s a reason why this is my new favourite brand above montirex and the others and wow have they done it again. Just the quality of the clothes is unmatched and the styling is unreal. Jess from the sales team went above and beyond to have my outfit with me before my birthday and wow did she deliver. Quality amazing and customer service even better.

Terrible customer service and attitude when dealing with my requests, would not recommend buying from this company as they make you promises which turn out to be lies.

Ordered shorts and t shirt, The quality of the items is 5⭐️ Quick delivery and great choice. Would recommend :)

First time buyer and I must say the quality of the t-shirt was excellent!!! So good that my husband has seen my Sons one and has asked for one for his Birthday. Would highly recommend.

Amazing customer service, quick response, easy returns and next day delivery.

Jess was very helpful today and made sure my sons t shirt was sent out same day in time for our holiday.

Clothing quality is 5 stars.

What a fantastic company to deal with massive thank you to Jess for going the extra mile to make sure my delivery landed before my holiday delivered in less than 24 hours from order. My orders look fantastic really great quality

I had a great experience with EWO clothing from start to finish, that quality of clothes are amazing, and the customer service is top tier.

A huge thank you to Jess, who went above and beyond to help me. I ordered 2 sets for my boyfriend’s birthday, and was worried they wouldn’t arrive in time. Jess made sure everything was sorted quickly and ensured my order arrived in time for his birthday. Her excellent customer service really made the difference.

I couldn’t be happier with both the products and the support i received. I would highly recommend EWO clothing to anyone looking for smart, nice tracksuits backed by an outside customer service team.

Great quality T-shirts, quick delivery.

Amazing quality and excellent service. Fast shipping, and everything arrived exactly as expected. I will definitely be ordering again. Thank you, EWO!

I ordered a few shorts sets from here, but unfortunately they didn’t have my size in one of the ones I wanted, was contacted by a lady called Jess to inform me of the situation and was advised of different shorts in the same colour and my size, I received my order within two days of placing it, recommend this company as the quality of the clothing are amazing and customer service is top tier I have since ordered more clothing from here and plan on ordering more as they go above and beyond to make sure there customers are satisfied, highly recommended, thank you for your service
