Great service, fast delivery
Just bought a hoodie from their website. Item arrived very quickly, ordered on Monday morning and arrived by Wednesday morning.
I see them at independent festivals and they really care and support the live music scene which is to be commended.

First timer, won't be last timer
I needed some gifts, band t-shirts, and Google got me to Eyesore, and what a fine collection they have too. Ordered said gifts, and a couple of t-shirts for me too, and they arrived in a couple of days, good fit and good quality. My new go-to site has been found for band merch.

Our experience has been fantastic
Our experience has been fantastic, I'm mentioning a previous ordered my partner made before Xmas too, customer Service was brilliant. Needed to return an item after Xmas and exchange it for a different size, they sorted it no problem once they received the item.

Shocking, Rubbish!!!…
Chvrches T-Shirt ordered came in a thin bag with hardly any protective packaging. Finger hole in the side of the packaging bag, Crumpled and mangled order correspondence.. Considering £4.00 charged for postage, very poor! Print not straight, print is damaged, chipped with areas of print missing, not printed properly nor consistent or straight in line or perspective with the t-shirt. Obviously no 'quality control before shipped' Thin tissue paper T-Shirt. I've had better quality £3 tee shirts from Primark. Returning for full refund, case opened with PayPal. Won't buy again. Complete hassle and a waste of my time, why send items in this condition and expect people to be okay with it? (Shocking)!!

Thanks for your order. We are very sorry to hear that.
We were very sorry to see that the item and the packing slip arrived in a damaged condition. Obviously, we would not ship intentionally damaged goods. When the package left our premises, it was packed neatly in the grey plastic bag described. The bag is sealed and folded shut at one end, which may be the hole described. We apologise if there was another hole - again, there is no reason why we would ship a package that was already damaged.
Similarly, the crumpling to the shipping note described will have occurred in transit. As the product is a soft cotton item, it is very unlikely to become damaged in transit in the same way that a vinyl LP is. We believe the packaging was appropriate to the product, but we accept that opinions may vary. We keep our packaging options open and under review.
Regarding the shipping cost: all our prices are based on our costs. We believe we offer good value for a fully trackable services which provides the customer with updates at every step, plus photo confirmation of delivery, but we accept that opinions may vary.
That said, the item should not arrive with a misaligned print. When an item is supplied to us bagged, unfortunately the first we generally become aware of any issues with the printing alignment or quality is a case such as this, when the customer opens the package. We urge any customer not happy with the goods to contact us: our team offers professional, high-quality customer service, and we are always happy to help.
A case was opened with Paypal, and an email sent to our customer service team at the same time. We replied with clear, detailed instructions on how to return the item for a refund. A refund was issued right away upon the package's arrival.
We want every customer to have a good experience with Eyesore Merch, and we regret that this was not possible in this case.

Great pricing & the customer service (Ronan) was excellent too! I had 2 things on order, one was delayed by the supplier so after mailing customer services my order was split and one part arrived the next day and the other followed not long after with no additional postage.
