I feel like I can’t read as well out of my new glasses and I don’t know how go about correcting it with an online retailer

Ease of use, I was able to fairly easily get answers to my questions... and the order arrived ;)

My glasses arrived on time and fit me well with my prescription.

My husband and I both placed orders, separately, with eyeconic and neither received accurate updates on shipping or delivery. Mine arrived with 0 information coming to me. (The order #s are way too long to differentiate between orders, even IF one of us could see both orders, which did not happen.)
He found his contacts at the wrong door of our house 3-5 days after delivery! (IN BELOW Freezing temperatures!)

Eyeconic failed to complete my order after accepting and confirming the order online and via phone. They did not send any communication of the cancellation of my order and I had to call to find out they had cancelled and my vision insurance benefit had expired and been lost.

Customer service was unhelpful and offered no solutions or remediation.

I placed an order with Eyeconics for contact lenses totaling $25.98. UPS marked the package as delivered, but I never received it. I contacted Eyeconics multiple times, and they repeatedly cited UPS tracking as proof of delivery, without addressing the fact that I did not receive the merchandise.

This order also used approximately $150 in vision insurance benefits, which were impacted by the non-delivery. Despite my attempts to resolve the issue via email, Eyeconics has not issued a refund or confirmed that my insurance benefits will be reinstated.

This experience was frustrating, time-consuming, and unprofessional. I will not be ordering from or recommending Eyeconics.

Always a great experience. Eyeconic provides all the tools and selections you need to find a great pair of glasses, use your insurance, and get accurate prescription lenses made.

I received an eye care prescription for the first time last month after not having a real vision check since grade school. With only a printout from the vision center, I was able to order a high quality pair of glasses. I'm not sure I can imagine a better buying experience.

Quick and easy process and glasses are perfect

Too long of a wait. No proper status update. No estimated fulfillment date, and obviously not enough employees to work in fulfillment. Customer service person I spoke to doesn't have good skills.
