For my special eyes, i got in like 3 weeks. A week ahead of the original estimated time.

I loved that I was able to virtually try them on. And there was a massive selection. I hate trying it on at the eye doctor and feeling rushed because I'm picky. This made the experience very enjoyable. Thank you!

Easy intructions to follow and reliable quality glasses promptly delivered

The glasses are great, exactly what I ordered and the quality seems first-rate. I’m pleased with the product but the shipping time was lengthy, possibly due to some sort of mailing delay.

I’m not confident the lens match the prescription. Either that or the progressive lenses are not up to the standard of my current glasses.

Needed assistance getting my prescription updated. They reached out to my doctor to take care of it.
Also needed the conracts ASAP, they shipped priority to make sure I received them on time.

El 14 de enero de 2026 realicé un pedido a Eyeconic. Al día de hoy, 9 de febrero de 2026 no lo he recibido .
La empresa de mensajeria (Ecoscooting) dice que ha realizado tres intentos de entrega fallida, lo que no es verdad , no ha realizado ninguno . Lo garantizo. Dando todas las facilidades para la entrega , no han realizado ninguna .
Por que voy a mentir ? Yo solo quiero mi pedido y punto.
Las dos empresas , tanto Eyeconic como Ecoscooting , me tratan como una imbécil dándome largas ...
Lo último que me propone EYECONIC es devolver el dinero DESCONTANDO GASTOS DE ENVIO Y DE GESTION . Pero que gestion ? El que llevo dias reclamabdo mi envio y no me lo envían ? .....Quiero que me devuelvan mi dinero, cobrado indebidamente , porque he comprado un producto que no he recibido por causas ajenas a mi voluntad. La empresa de mensajeria no ha realizado ninguna entrega , lo puedo probar ni en los momentos indicados de entrega fallida, ni en el resto de tiempo se ha realizado ningun intento de entrega .
Todo es es un engaño.
Y aun asi Eyeconic me dice que devolverían el dinero con los descuentos indicados.
Todo se queda en una declaración de intenciones es decir , me tienen entretenida con mails que no llegan a nada , porque su intención es devolverme NADA, no descontando gasto de envio ni nada
Es devolver naaaaada
Y me dicen que insulto cuando les digo que esto es una Estafa ? ...
Cuidado con esta empresa . Es una estafa
Las opiniones positivas la escribe la propia empresa .
Hago pedidos tooodos los días y nunca me he encontrado con algo similar .

Everything is very streamlined and simple. The virtual try-on is great, but obviously nothing beats in person. My glasses ended up being way narrower and thick-rimmed than I like, but the website and ordering was still fantastic. Very easy to get your insurance in there and get shopping. Good stuff.

Even though it was the busy season (first of the year) and weather events also delayed the order, it was worth it and I’m very happy with my new glasses!

BEWARE!! SCAM! Do your research, especially if you have VSP vision insurance and are considering using your benefits here. You are able to use your VSP insurance directly through these people online, HOWEVER, just google the model number of ANY product on their website and Eyeconic will be the MOST expensive retailer to buy that EXACT product from. You will save hundreds of dollars by going elsewhere, especially if buying designer frames or sunglasses. To top that off, the Canada Goose ($435) sunglasses I purchased from them arrived looking as if they were pulled directly out of someone's dirty glove box. Also, their customer service agents seem to not see the value in consistency of information provided to customers.

This is a follow up review! I got the Holbrooks w/RX single vision glasses and sunsync light reactive lenses. I am thoroughly impressed! The PD was right on the money! The Sunsync lenses impressed me with how dark they get! The customer service was great, the shipment time was good. Will definitely use eyeconic again!

I received my glasses and am very happy with what I received. This was my first time using this company and intend to use them more for future needs.
