We have had exceptionally poor,irresponsible, and rude service. We paid over £300 and have received nothing. 2 extremely brief visits to establish the problem, and an undertaking from Luke to return in a week. Then nothing! I have been unable to get through to Luke. He has let us down very badly. He undertook to install a drainage inceptor cap, but has not come and done it or responded to any of my messages and phone calls. We have been left with absolutely no resolution to the problem. I will be taking this matter further legally.

Craig and his colleague came to do heat treatment for bedbugs for the property in which I'm currently a tenant. On arrival I asked him which rooms in the house he was treating and he was extremely patronising and rude. Can't comment on the effectiveness of the treatment but his respect for customers could be vastly improved

Definitely recommend Craig and his team. Good service, it works, friendly people and he was went the extra mile to get the job done. No doubt they are my go to guys in the future if I move house

Best pest control. Always there to re assure and utmost professionalism. Used Craig for the first time when he came to deal with mice at 2am and since then i would not use anyone else. Clearly knows what he is doing unlike many other companies in this field. Highly recommended.

Had this company come out to my property today to fill some holes behind my kitchen cupboards i wanted it done properly but extreme had there own ideas on how to fob me off with a cheeper way of doing it dont trust this company there shambollick

we had infestation of flies called these guys and they came at 7pm and we only waited 20 minutes .They knew what the problem was straight away a dead rat under floor boards and they were right . Told you costs straight away and talked through what they were going to do really nice dealing with them will definatly call again if i ever have any other problems

Craig, the 5 star rating is not enough, I streamed through numerous pest control companies and wasn’t happy until I came across yours. I noticed people referred to you by your name, they had nothing but pleasantries to say about you and how you conduct your work. I contacted you and you answered my questions and eased my fears. I recently used Extreme Pest Control for an infestation in my mothers home. Craig was professional, very helpful and knowledgeable and able to provide a speedy efficient response to irradicate the issue. The follow up service provides assurances that the problem has been resolved and a 3 month guaranteed period for call backs. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to others.

I used this company recently and found Craig's advice and treatment plan very sensible and effective. I've used different pest control providers previously but during a recent emergency this company was the only one willing to call out at such short notice! Craig visited my three times and on each occasion there was no clock watching or rushing to get to the next job! More than anything he realised the panic and phobic reaction I experienced and was very reassuring and couldn't have done more to make sure I slept easy at night! I would recommend this company to anyone who, like me, has a phobia and wants someone to not just to get rid of the pests but to offer good advice in how to keep your home pest free. Three words to finish: Reliable, affordable and sincere...!!

I had a pest issue and called Extreme Pest Control based in Enfield Chase. Craig Stanford was brilliant, Craig came out straight away and dealt with the problem. Overall cost was affordable compared to a company that we had called prior to Extreme Pest Control. The previous company didn’t even attempt to come out and deal with the problem. I would definitely recommend and use Extreme Pest Control again. The welfare of their customers needs is well above par and their customer care is excellent, and the after care is guaranteed. Well done to a family run business. Very happy customer 😁😁😁

This is a scam! They don’t know what they are doing and as soon as you paid you won’t hear back from them. Avoid at all cost!

I used the services of Extreme Pest Control Services in June 2018. According to their website they have offices based in Tottenham and Stevenage and claim to offer a 24hr service. I called this company as I spotted a mouse in the kitchen. Mr L Stanford came to visit laid some bait traps which didn’t work. I was charged £336 for the service which included two follow up appointments. He didn’t turn up for the next appointment stating he had a family emergency and the rest of the family were on holiday. He asked a friend to assist me, the friend told me he didn’t work for the company and wanted to charge me a further £140. I cancelled the service. The only thing that’s extreme about this company is the cost and the appalling, shoddy service they offer. I asked for a partial refund which they agreed to and never paid. I should have gone outside and put the money down the drain as this company did nothing to assist me, stay clear and use the services provided by a reputable pest control expert. Don’t be fooled by the claims made on their website.
