The size was wrong so I wanted to exchange- the cost to exchange was crazy as you have to reorder and pay postage 3 times in total- one for the original pair, secondly to return the pair, thirdly to reorder a new pair. I decided to return and buy trainers elsewhere.

Sorry you felt the need to post such indifferent feedback regarding the business but unfortunately there are are some downsides to shopping online and that is if the the size does not fit then there is a cost to return and then re-send or re-purchase. Fortunately 92-93% of orders which go out are never returned so that's not a bad rate against other online retailers. Sincere apologies that your order did not go as expected.

Thank you for your feedback however we would just point out that it is a little unreasonable to ask us to sell £65 RRP Skechers shoes for the heavily reduced price of £29.79 with free delivery and then to offer free returns too, if we did we would go out of business!
There is always a risk when ordering online however 92-93% of orders we send out are not returned.

ordered black trainers email confirmation says blue so emailed as it states on there email no response for 5 days trainers turn up blue so emailed again asking why nobody had responded and got a short direct email back we don't respond to emails over weekends, unless these guys have 6 day weekends this is just a cop out of poor poor customer service
