Can’t complain. 10/10
Superb experience when purchasing. Great website making it easy to filter through products, great discounts already applied and a further discount for first time purchase. Shipping was incredibly quick, ordered on a Saturday afternoon leading into a bank holiday and my racket still arrived on the Tuesday. Will 100% be ordering from Express Padel again in the future!

Hi John,
Really pleased the racket descriptions helped you work out what was right for you. With so many rackets out there, choosing one can sometimes feel harder than actually playing padel.
Glad everything arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Thanks for choosing us.

Alex

My first purchase from Padel Express
My first purchase from Padel Express did not disappoint. I purchased the Babolat counter racket, Babolat case, and Babolat court balls (my padel starter kit if you will). I’m usually one to go straight to Amazon but in this occasion I’m glad I didn’t. I ordered on Wednesday and arrived Friday morning, from the racket which I love right down to the hand written note it came with all in a nicely packaged box I couldn’t be happier and definitely glad I came to padel express. I would highly recommend and will absolutely be shopping here again for my padel supplies. Thanks guys.

Hi Dan,
I love that we managed to tempt you away from Amazon for the full Babolat starter kit. Racket, case, balls and a handwritten note sounds like a much better parcel to open anyway.
Really pleased you love the racket and enjoyed the whole experience. Thanks for giving a smaller padel business a chance Dan, it genuinely means a lot.
All the best,
Alex
Try Communicating with the Customer
I would have given them 5 Stars, but I found an error on their website preventing me adding a third item to my basket. I emailed them with the error. No response to acknowledge the error or thanking me for finding it. The third item had to be ordered separately meaning I had to pay postage, which I wouldn’t have to do if their website worked properly,

Thanks for the feedback and sorry to hear you had trouble adding the third item to your basket.
I’ve checked with the team and we can’t seem to find the email you sent, which would explain why you didn’t receive a response from us. Please could you resend it to hello@expresspadel.co.uk so we can take a look at what happened and get back to you directly.
Thanks for bringing it to our attention Tony.
