Great job
Great job, I ordered a Padel racket, after 4 pm on the 17th and received it on the 19th. The racket came in a nice sturdy box, so no chance of it getting damaged. Being a beginner I got a DunlopNanomax Pro Padel racket, with 50% discount, bargain 😃

Vastaus yritykseltä Express Padel
Hi Josh,
Really sorry about this. The racket certainly shouldn’t have arrived with the grip coming loose, and you shouldn’t have been left feeling like your messages were being ignored.
I’ve checked with the team and we can’t find any emails or WhatsApp messages from you, so I’m not quite sure what’s happened there. Either way, we’ll be in touch with you directly to get this sorted.
Apologies again Josh. We’ll make sure we get to the bottom of it for you.
All the best,
Alex
