Phoned to renew my scooter insurance on…
Phoned to renew my scooter insurance on the renewal date as stated on the reminder, was told because the insurance had expired at midnight it was now a new policy which was £12 dearer. Asked to talk to a manager but was told (after waiting for 10 minutes) no manager was available but they could honour the original quote and escalate the complaint. All just unnecessary hassle for no reason!

We appreciate your patience during the call, and I’m glad our team was able to honour the original quote despite the timing. Upon looking into your concerns I can see on the renewal documents that it explains that your policy will expire midnight on the 21st July 2026.
