I was looking for a company to use for a virtual address. This company has what I regard as expensive charges for what they provide.
I calculated £240 for renting what is an empty space, the postage charges to forward anything to you I can understand, and accept. But to charge £240 for what is an empty space and for an individual to put an address label with your forwarding address on is very excessive.

Extremely happy. Any doubts I had have been satisfied. Expost looks like it is a good company that does what it says it will. They don't run off with your money.

A convenient service run professionally by helpful attentive people.
The service runs mostly as it should without any need for human interaction using the online portal.
On those rare occasions when you do need help or advice, in my experience it is always provided promptly, courteously and pleasantly. The experience is more like a conversation between close acquaintances than a business transaction, and I have not stumped them yet.

We have been with Expost for so many years I have forgotten how many! The team are prompt, efficient, helpful and always willing to assist me if required. I cannot praise them enough for the service they have provided and continue to provide for personal and business purposes. I recommend using them for any postal services you need. Well done Team!

I started with Expost over three years ago when I needed to find a reliable mail-forwarding service for my small company's registered address. Of the three options I considered, Expost was by far the most reasonable and straight-forward with their pricing plan. The user-interface they offer to manage my account settings are easy-to-understand and use, and Expost offers a wide range of settings to tailor their services to my specific needs. In the rare occasions I've needed to contact their support, they have always been prompt, professional and friendly.

I have only just started using Expost service and I must say it’s a great start very professional and helpful.

It was slightly frustrating
They won’t accept a photo of passport or driving license
They use a company that want you to photograph hard copies Of 2 forms of ID
Passport, residency card , driving licence, ID card.
Unfortunatly I have a picture of my passport but the passport itself is in a box somewhere in a storage unit. I’ve been to busy to get it or even look for it.
The director cancelled the contract charging me £25.
Accusing me I quote
“ Unfortunately we are not happy with the legitimacy of your claims. There have been a number of discrepancies with what you have informed us along with information provided to us, that points to misinformation aimed to mislead us.”

All I did was move onto a Narrowboat.
And wanted an alternate fixed address.
If you’ve got the ID available now it’s all go go go with this company
You have 7 days for ID verification.
If not then it’s a no no no go company.

I have been using Expost since relocating to Spain last year and I cannot praise them enough. A (depressingly) rare example of a company that really does focus on providing consistently excellent customer service, at a very reasonable price relative to the quality they provide. I feel very grateful to have found them.

I cancelled my service after explaining to customer service that it was overkill for what I wanted. After delaying my cancellation request for days they finally conceded that I could cancel within the first week but insisted I had to wait 30 days for refund! Then after 30 days they refused to refund and did not respond to multiple queries to issue refund. I had to go through my bank to issue chargeback! They gave off a very unprofessional scamming vibe from their hardball attempts to try to stick me with the bill. There's no reason why you should trust them.

Having dealt with London-based virtual postboxes before (and have not received a single letter from them), I did my homework when picking Expost. The reviews on Trustpilot are accurate - this company is truly the best there is in the UK!

When embarking on a long-term business trip, it was super important for me to have someone on the British soil I can trust with correspondence and parcels. Four countries later, Expost has not failed me once. Their wonderful people have consistently gone the extra mile to help solve some of the Brexit-related parcel issues.

By the way, my correspondence is always forwarded to me in a waterproof envelope, in the original packaging and in perfect condition. I get notification to my phone and email the moment new post arrives and can read it in the online scanner.

Amazing, fantastic, awesome and none to second.. Their system in place is very accurate and perfect. As soon as I get a letter I get informed by sms. You can request out posting that means we just need to email the files and they can print and post for us within the UK. Online scan viewer is available and it shows scans of all incoming mails. All letters are perfectly listed in your 90 days statement showing date received, scanned and forwarded etc. It also shows the cost. I mean the software in place and web portal is just perfect and its superb and fantastic. I am really impressed.

From online portal we can request to either scan or forward the letter or just keep in mail box. So much variety and so many options. I have not seen this any where before. I used another mail box service (yourvirtualoffice London) in London for about 2 weeks and it was a nightmare. I never received a single letter from them and I eventually terminated them. So when I was signing up for Expost I was bit scared and had doubts but that proved wrong. So far I have received all my letters sent to me. The other service I used was bit cheap but Expost is worth the price. You are tension free with Expost. I hope and wish them good luck and hope they will grow further. Kind Regards
