I had a very disappointing experience at Expert Medical.
The staff were rude and didn’t make me feel comfortable or cared for. During my laser treatment, I wasn’t given any protective glasses to wear, which I believe is an important part of patient safety.
The full-body laser session felt extremely rushed and was finished in around 5 minutes. It did not feel thorough at all, and I left feeling like the treatment wasn’t done properly.
Overall, I felt that the clinic prioritised speed over patient care. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this clinic unless they improve their customer service and the quality of their treatments.
