I purchased a ticket to an event with Sugar Ray Leonard over a year ago, in February 2025.

The event was rescheduled and then cancelled, with no refund offered. The event did not take place.

I have since sent 4 e-mails politely requesting a refund, and regrettably this has not been processed which leaves me with little choice but to take legal action.

Please do not make the same mistake as me and avoid this company at all costs.

Terrible, I cannot believe I am four years in and they are still not responding to my emails, my calls, my contacts. I bought tickets for £251 to see Al Pacino, they cancelled it, said they would reschedule, which carried on so long it was too late to get a refund from my Credit Card. Next stop the claims court I guess - do NOT trust this company and their ticket sales. DISGRACE!!!

The Team contacted us to upgrade and do a VIP meet and greet/ Q&A with Mike Tyson. Part of it was a professional photo. Its been months and they have lost the Photo.

Bought premium tickets with photos for the Sugar Ray evening, present from my boy for father's day. The first event date got cancelled and then cancelled again and again. I've asked for a refund but received no reply. Please do not buy tickets from this company. Read all the reviews, please 🙏

To all new potential ticket buyers for future events: do not be misled by a handful of positive reviews. The reality is that most events have still been cancelled, and like thousands of other affected customers, I am still waiting for a refund years later. In my case, this concerns the cancelled Al Pacino event in London in april 2023.
This is a disreputable company whose owner has previously been convicted, yet still refuses to refund the majority of affected customers. Many victims, myself included, are now joining forces to explore what legal action can be taken, because your customer service is simply laughable. You claim here that action is being taken, but in reality nothing happens—and at this point I am speaking only about my own case.
After years of silence, you finally responded to one of my reviews on this page, asking me to provide further details regarding my refund. Once again, I carefully outlined everything in an organized manner, only to be met with complete silence yet again. Now, several months after that latest message, I am once again losing my patience. However, I will not give up, and I am very pleased to see that many others are refusing to give up as well.
Eventually, you will have no choice but to comply and reimburse us—your customers. In the meantime, the media has finally started paying attention to this matter, and I have no doubt that further developments will follow.
You would have been far better off simply refunding everyone properly. A cancelled event is disappointing for everyone involved, but you were the ones who offered refunds in the first place, so you should honor that commitment.
Meanwhile, you have already lost countless customers who will certainly never return. With this attitude and way of doing business, you are digging your own grave.

Bought tickets to see Al Pacino in Birmingham. Event postponed with no new date. Ignored multiple emails asking for a refund. Utterly disgraceful. Avoid!!!

Ordered two premium tickets plus photographs in March 2025 for the event in October 2025. In September 2025 we told the event was being rescheduled for Jan 2026, we were told you do not need to do anything as everything will update automatically and you will keep your seats as they were. As i hadn’t heard anything I emailed on the 25th January 2026 asking what was happening. They responded with an email, to say we will get back to you ASAP. Imagine my shock and surprise when in February 2026 I noticed on there website an evening with Sugar Ray on May 30th 2026 at the same venue as the one I’ve paid for, this event said sold out. I asked why I hadn’t been offered tickets to this event in replacement with no response. I have since emailed numerous times asking for a full refund, still with no response.

If I could zero stars i would, so frustrating.

Booked Gold Dinner tickets for Sugar Ray Leonard back in Feb 2025. Told it was rescheduled and looking for dates in Jan 2026. Have had no communication since September 2025. Emailed several times, even via Facebook when they advertised other events and still heard nothing. Paid them nearly £300. Had been previously to Sly Stallone event and it was great but this time extremely disappointed and frustrated. I've emailed again today, a further plea for a refund hoping they do the right thing.

This Company is amazing to book with! Due to unforeseen circumstances, my event was cancelled and I received my full refund very quickly which made me very happy. I will book again with them!

I’d booked an experience with Mel Gibson, but unfortunately he’s had to reschedule, because he hasn’t confirmed a new date, the company gave me the option to either cancel or keep my tickets,I decided to cancel my tickets, I emailed them informing them that I’d like a refund, they replied in just over an hour stating that it would be no problem, and in 2 days my money was back in my account, it’s the most prompt payment I’ve ever had from a company, most make you wait 7-10 days,

I contacted ‘An Experience with to obtain a refund, as my event was postponed. My refund was processed promptly and efficiently. I would use this company again.

I have a ticket for seat at table and for photograph also for Sugar Ray Leonard in Glasgow for 16th October 2025 this was acancelled this had been rearranged from June 2025 cancellation. I received an email saying that I would be contacted in January. I have received no communication. It’s almost a year after the original event. To be quite honest with you I find this to be appalling customer experience. They could at least tell me new date and update my tickets or refund me. The only thing I am having An Experience With is frustration.

The event was unfortunately cancelled. I’d book the main event and a private meet and greet. I requested refunds. Both were paid immediately without any problems. Excellent customer service.

Despite Mel Gibson cancelling his event, the support team at "An Experience with" handled the refund cordially and swiftly.

The event I booked was cancelled with future dates unknown. I explained I wanted a refund as I didn’t want to wait for future dates. This was done really quickly.

Disappointing that an experience with Mel Gibson was postponed, not the company's fault, I couldn't wait for new dates to be released and asked for a refund, I was refunded within two days and I was very happy with this.

There’s always room for improvement that’s why I don’t give it a 5 star. However, I cannot take away the fact that this company unfortunately had to cancel a date I originally booked due to unforeseen circumstances with Mel Gibson. However, they gave me an option to cancel and I received my refund within 2 to 3 days. I can’t thank them enough for sorting me out so promptly.

I had booked a Platinum Dinner table for the “Mel Gibson Experience” in Glasgow, which was due to take place on 10th May. Unfortunately, the event had to be postponed due to unforeseen changes in Mel Gibson’s working schedule.

As the event did not go ahead, I can't base this review on the actual experience. Instead, this review reflects only my dealings with the company, “An Experience With.”

Before making my booking, I had a few queries, and their customer service team responded promptly and helpfully. The booking process itself was straightforward, and I received confirmation and tickets quickly, with clear follow-up communication.

When I was informed that the event had been postponed, I was given the option to retain my tickets for a future date. However, I chose to request a refund. My request was accepted immediately without any issues, and the refund was processed within a few days.

While I am disappointed not to have attended the event, I understand that this was outside the company’s control. Overall, I found their handling of the situation to be efficient and hassle-free, and I was pleased with the level of service provided.

I will look out for future 'An Experience with' events and be happy to book through them.
