A highlight of our trip to NYC.

LOVED the ad hoc humor, mixed with interesting tidbits about NYC. LOVED the “impromptu” street experiences - especially the dancers. What a FANTASTIC idea “THE RIDE” is. Woohoo!!!

We planned this experience for our 2 young grandchildren, laying out the extra $$ so we could sit in the front row and they could get shout outs. Much to our disgust, when we were put on the bus, we were unable to sit with each other. We'd been told there's be a pole between us, but in fact, one person was seated across an aisle in a completely different section and was unable to participate in the experience with the other 3 people. This in spite of the fact that a) I made very clear this was unsatisfactory and b) there was another bus so I suspect someone could've figured out how a party pf 4 (NOT a particularly unusual number, I assume) could sit together. We wer told that the person seating us would "talk to the manger" whatever that means, a bs customer service line that added to the insult. We were angry, the children were upset not to be with both their grandparents, and the experience was ruined. We were completely ripped off. Unacceptable.

A great way to see some of the city.
Not your conventional bus tour of NYC with headphones and endless commentary about the site.
You would go on this tour to have a laugh and enjoy a different view of the city. Highly recommended

We could’ve done without this experience during our trip to New York. We got on the bus and it drove us around the block in traffic. They kept telling the same jokes over and over “only here in New York would you see a person dancing in the street and no one care…”. Anytime there was a pause, we would just have to wave at people on the street. It was a very anticlimactic ride especially for the money that we paid to go on it.

The bus was clean and it was warm, but it just wasn’t the experience for us.

A very enjoyable 1.5hours didn’t actually see much of the sights but the entertainers did a great job. On board team were good but this could be improved.

What a fabulous way to see some of NYC.. Julie and Julie were fantastic, we loved the interaction with the street artists and the holiday theme was so much fun.
If you are in NYC this is definitely one to do!

A fun and totally different tour of New York. Would have liked to see a few more street performers interacting with the bus at some of the main sights but on the whole an experience like no other tour.

The ride guides were excellent, but when arriving I approached a staff member and with out saying anything he said go to the end of the line. I said I had a question, he started yelling and repeating go to the back of the line. He was rude and loud and set a bad tone for not knowing what to expect. He could have politely said, if you get in line, you will get checked in and someone will assist you. Instead he just kept yelling get in the back of the line.
Even one staff member, can ruin your experience. In the entertainment business, one would expect better training and expectations of all employees.

Myself and my two daughters had a great evening on The Ride. We laughed a lot and the entertainers were fab. Definitely recommend this experience if you’re in NYC!

The girls on this bus was just amazing. Energetic and lively. They mad the best jokes and really made the experience worth it. The bus was clean and well air conditioned. The ride was smooth and the entertainment was fantastic!

Very disappointed to be honest. Actually felt very amateurish!! For what it costs I was expecting so much more!! The two ‘hosts’ on the bus did their best but fell way short of proper entertainers!!
And why oh why do we need to be kept reminded of Covid and people getting furloughed!!! Not what I want to hear when I’m being entertained!!
Unfortunately I won’t be recommending The Ride to any friends going to New York.

My kids and me had a BLAST at the RIDE , we highly recommend it....so so FUN !!!!!

The experience was not worth the price. For a one hour ride down the same roads but just in the opposite direction was not worth the price. I thought it would be more live performances but it was only about 5 props. The guides were hilarious minus the racial overtone of the one guide who called out my name and proceeded to twerk as if I inspired her to do so because of my race.

Fun ride for everyone! Great to sit on bus facing the street and having fun with all of the street walkers. If you have walked NYC…great time to sit for 1 1/2 hours and reboot.

We bought this experience for our daughter’s 18th birthday. We paid extra for the front seats and to do a shout out for her birthday. They went above and beyond wishing her a happy birthday then having the street performers include her name in a rap, in a song, in a street performer’s comedy routine and more. It was so funny. Thank you so much for making this such a memorable event.

We had a blast on the RIDE! The 2 MC's were so cute and funny and had such great energy it got the whole bus going! The pop up street performers were really good too. Especially liked the ballet dancers. What a fun thing to do in NYC for the Holidays!

We experienced The Ride on Dec 18th on the 7:15 pm ride. It was a great experience and worth every penny. It was fun and very interactive. Our hosts were very funny and made the ride fun. I would highly recommend doing this while in NYC!

I really enjoyed this ride! So even as much as I know New York City, I loved the fun facts and the street entertainment. Everyone is very talented!

I think its overpriced! Better spend your USD79 for broadway or big bus in NYC where its more interesting. The trip is just one hour and it covers only few blocks from Timesquare and the performances are just mediocre
