Excellent experience we loved it! The tour guides were outstanding such good fun!

I really was excited about The Ride but to be honest it wasn’t as good as I had hoped. You really didn’t tour the city. They just gave information on two buildings. Although the two staff were funny sometimes people didn’t laugh at their jokes and it was awkward. I did like the street performers. Great concept just not fully there yet

I liked the setup on the bus with side-facing seats. Jackie the tour guide was fabulous. Quite charming and informative with a good sense of humor. I liked the interaction with people we "passed" on the street. All in all, I was quite satisfied although my brother was the one paying for the tour.

I don't understand English very well and they should put headphones in other languages so that they can enjoy the show even more.

Absolutely amazing! Loved it! Great little tour around central Manhattan.
Jackie and Scott were funny and informative.
Really unusual coach, 3 rows of seats running the length of the coach, with a glass roof and big window, essentially, a touring show. Surprises on the way. The reaction of the pedestrians as we passed was amazing. Gets you out your comfort zone. 5 Stars

The hosts were fun and engaging. The performers were great! They made my daughter feel so special for her birthday. The reasons for my 3 rating were: 1) The bus was so hot. No AC. We were sweating and it was uncomfortable. 2) Only 4 performers throughout the entire tour, which all did a great job. Guess my expectations were higher, based on the cost.

A great experience - different to anything other tour you'll experience. Very well organised, very comfortable and VERY interactive!

Overall I enjoyed this experience. I have been visiting NYC for 55 years and have seen all of the place this ride went to, however enjoyed hearing facts and seeing archival film and pictures on the bus. The outside interactive actors were great, with special kudos to the ballet duet around the fountain.
Disappointed that we never left looping near and around 42nd street. I thought we would go further into the Village or Harlem areas.
I enjoyed the two interactive guides on the bus, but way too much put your arms in the air stuff for me. And way too loud, the mikes were turn way up and they were shouting the entire time. Or perhaps I am too old for this kind of stuff
Shout out to the drive, amazing patience and driving skills going around the very congested streets.
Would I go again, probably not. Am I glad I did, yes. Will I tell other people to do it, yes.

The Ride was nice; I did it alredy years ago in winter. This time was a litte too much "show" for me but maybe this was because I did it a second time. Of course it is very funny and you get a lot of information about the things you see on the tour.

There is no translate and host spoke so quickly that we were lost sometime about what they were talking about

Our experience with reserving the ride was negative. Our family did both the Ride Tour of NYC the first day we arrived in NYC with our Explorer city pass and decided to do the evening Ride again with the city pass. When we went to reserve a time slot we were asked to put in our credit card to reserve the time. We went to the city pass site and went to reserve our timeslot, it asked for our credit card info to hold the spot. We found out our credit card was charged $340 dollars and we could not use our city pass even though we had trips to use. BEWARE THAT YOU MAY BE CHARGED the fees to reserve your timeslot. We repeatedly called the company to try to work this out and just have it taken off our pass instead of being charged.

Le tour est dynamique (reste dans Manhattan - Carneghie Hall), le concept du bus inédit pour moi, parcours parsemé de surprises.
Les animateurs sont toniques, trop pour moi. L'un d'eux a parlé tout le long du tour, difficile à comprendre pour un non natif. Il s'amuse beaucoup de ses blagues mais quand on ne comprend pas, c'est à peine agaçant.

We have been on the ride before loved it and returned But to be honest the gentleman that was our host was rather LOUD to say the least and maybe he could tone it down about. Material was good but poorly presented. People helping outside were great but just felt it wasn’t the same experience as first time and had to apologize to my guest.

Booking, reservation and check in went very smoothly.

Loved every second. Great fun, different, entertaining and with some history and facts thrown in too. Jack was super funny and talented.

Bus is excellent and hosts were hilarious. My 8 year d.found the whole thing brilliant.
We traveled as part of our NYC Pass.... which was great. In all honesty, if I'd paid full price cash for this, I may have been a little disappointed (hence 4 stars, not 5) as in comparison, our Broadway show tickets were cheaper per person.
However, great thing to do on a wet night and certainly entertaining and different.

Absolutely fantastic! I have been on the ride 4 times now with different friends and it was brilliant each time. Jack was our host and he made it absolutely perfect and my children loved it.

Found the experience didn't live up to our expections and we felt their could have been more engagement with more of the participants. Would have also been good to see more street acts. A bit disappointed.

The Ride was a really amazing experience! I had no idea what to expect. It's a cross between a bus tour and a Broadway show. The 2 tour guides we had were very knowledgeable and VERY funny. I laughed as much as I learned. I recommend this tour. I would also recommend using the Go City pass to do it if you're seeing multiple attractions in New York. The tickets for The Ride are $100. The pass to see 6 attractions is $160, so for $60 more you get 5 more attractions (which is a really good deal in NY)
