Have always had an exceptional experience with the staff and products are great. They are very friendly and quick to help. Would highly recommend.

Ordered a product which I had used previously and thought it wasn't working so rang through. The lady who answered the phone was fab offering to send out again immediately. As it happened I put phone down and tried holding switch on longer and hey presto! Slightly changed from last appliance! Rang back and she couldn't have been nicer. Top marks!!! Will be using again!

Fantastic service fast delivery would highly recommend this company

Ordered a Denman's hairbrush which I was suprised to receive the very next day. The price of the product plus delivery was the lowest I could find, so very pleased all round.

After making payment for a purchase before i included another pair of scissors i was a little miffed at realising my mistake and mentioned it in an email just as a throwaway comment. I was very pleased to see that i had received a refund on the second postage once both my orders had been looked at and sent together instead of separately. A little thought goes a long way and i will definitely be recommending the company to my friends.
Thank you
