Must congratulate Excel clothing in the manner of handling my problem with a Barbour jacket. Responses to my email were immediate and their assistance positive and helpful. Thank you.

This is my first time ordering from Excel. I ordered one dress but was charged for three. This may have been a typo error.i notified Excel immediately . I am waiting for a response that this has been corrected.

Cashback not received

Was supposed to receive 10% cashback with the order, 3 months later they have apparently moved to a different agency from when I originally ordered so the cashback won't be available. Very disappointing and I will never be ordering from this company again

Great shopping experience at excel during their current winter sale. Emily was like my personal shopping assistant. Nothing was a problem. Great range of nice clothes with a personal touch.

Poor returns policy, will just be ordering direct from designer online, where I know I will be able to return if the product is not suitable.

I was after a pair of UGG neumel Chelsea boots and Excel were the only firm I could find with them in stock in my size (the boots are like gold-dust!). I’d not heard of Excel but having read reviews, was happy to give them a go. The boots arrived very quickly, were very securely packaged and were perfect for me. I received an email update letting me know once they’d been dispatched.

I’d have absolutely no hesitation is using them again. Fantastic service.

I have been trying to return an item for 3 weeks and the size is too big. I have sent 3 emails as advised with no response. They have relied to an Instagram message but no further messages to me asking how I return an item as per their returns policy. I would love to resolve this with the business but i feel down with the contact and can’t afford to keep a £100 pair of shoes that don’t fit. I won’t be reordering due to the poor customer service. I’ve never known a returns policy to be so poor

Very sceptical at first since this is my first time with Excel Clothing, and it was the best online price in UK I can find for Moose Knuckle Ballistic Bomber jacket at that time. Too good to be true, but bit the bullet and hit buy. Upon arrived, less then 24hours later, it was magic! 100% authentic MK, NFC tag checked out good, warranty registration done via official MK website, comes with original MK wooden hanger, quality is just impeccable! Also, Excel Clothing provided the return label in case I need to return the piece, very thoughtful. But I will not be needing it though, I'm just very satisfied with the overall buying experience and the delivered product. Thank you Excel Clothing, 5⭐️ rating indeed.

Before The Package Was Due To Be Dispatched I Bought A Further 2 Garments And Again Asked For Delay In Dispatch... And All 3 Garments To Be Dispatched Together... I Must Have Sent A Million Emails But The Guys At Excel Lapped Them Up And Responded In A Fast Time... Polite And Courteous...Package Arrived The Day After I Arrived Home ** Perfect Timing..
